In scientific article reflected the urgency of the implementation of information and communication technologies in the field of medicine in terms of the development of the digital economy and their benefits, analyzed the situation of implementation of e-medicine in the Republic put forward proposals for the development of this sphere in Uzbekistan.

Some Results from a Survey for Medical Specialist's Opinion About E-Health

E-health includes a number of tools based on information and communication technologies (ICT). Its introduction in the practice of medical specialists helps them for more effective work. PURPOSE The aim is to analyze the adjustment and the efficiency of the usage in the practice of medical specialists. METHODS: A representative scientific survey among medical specialists working in 8 hospitals from 5 cities in Bulgaria - 3 university (2 MHAT and 1 SHAT), 4 private (MHAT) and 1 complex oncology center (COC). RESULTS: The present article analyzes the answers of questions relevant to using information systems (IS) of medical specialists' practice. The success of e-health depends on the understanding of its current role and proficiency in its usage from medical specialists. CONCLUSIONS: Time to review the patient is not enough for large part of medical specialists. They enter corresponding data consecutively in using information system (IS) after the review.
Contexts and Opportunities of e-Health Technology in Medical Care
Keeping up with a sound health is a fundamental right for the human beings. It also acts as an indicator of the socioeconomic development of a country. However, nowadays keeping sound health is challenging because of rapidly increasing non-communicable diseases. Concurrently, we are on the edge of very fast technological advancement which includes usage of cellular technology, high-speed internet and wireless communications. These technologies and their unique applications are creating lots of new dimensions in health care system which is known as e-Health. The medical call centers, emergency toll-free telephone services are being used in all over the world. The newly developed electronic health system can play a vital role in the remote regions of emerging and developing countries although sometimes it seems difficult due to the lack of communication infrastructure. E-Health can be a promising aspect for providing public health benefits if it integrates with the conventional medical system. More strategic approaches are necessary for the planning, development, and evaluation of e-Health. This article is written to depict the existing and future opportunities of e-Health in health support system.
Information and communication technology as a tool for establishing e-health
With all the other benefits that modern biomedical disciplines provide to scientists, experts and ordinary practitioners in the organization and performance of medical practices today, undoubtedly, the greatest benefit, is achieved through the ability of using modern information technologies. The Internet and the global health network, whose leaders are mostly experts from America and the Far East, where at the same time the world's largest computer and software companies are located, have the greatest practical application. In these areas technologically-software "movements" were developed such as electronic health, telehealth, telematics, telemedicine, tele-education, etc... Different countries have different approaches to developing e-health.
E-health: A New Perspective on Global Health
e-health is a process of providing health care via electronic means, in particular over the Internet. The term e -health has been used to describe the variety of activities related to the electronic exchange of health-related data, voice or video. e-health is an emerging field in the intersection of medical informatics, public health and business, referring to health services and information delivered or enhanced through the Internet and related technologies. In a broader sense, the term characterizes not only a technical development, but also a state-of-mind, a way of thinking, an attitude, and a commitment for networked, global thinking, to improve health care locally, regionally, and worldwide using information and communication technology. This paper is commissioned in light of the rising profile of e-health on the international policy agenda and the emerging Indian Programme for Information Technology and related developments in the National Health Service. Few developments in public health today create the sense of energy and opportunity embodied in the word "ehealth". The promise of e -health lies in the manner to build advancements in the development of a health infrastructure. India is actively developing and implementing technological solutions to deliver health information and health care services across the country. These solutions, while exciting and promising, also present new challenges, particularly in regard to acceptable standards, choice of technologies, overcoming traditional jurisdictional boundaries, up-front investment, and privacy and confidentiality. This paper will discuss how e -health provides the opportunity for the patients to maintain independence longer and for the providers to monitor a condition more closely. It also describes the barriers and challenges to and the current status of ehealth. Also, an attempt is made for presenting the e-health status in the Indian scenario. Further, its technological and financial barriers are illustrated and recommendations are provided for the improvement.

Electronic health (e-health) refers to the delivery of health care with supporting from various data and correspondence technologies, for example, electronic health records, e-medicine, clinical decision help, and computerized provider order entry. E-health is considered by government, providers, and payers as an issue method of enhancing quality, safety, and expenses associated with the delivery of health care. Despite the fact that currently on a pedestal, e-health has not been readily adopted by a dominant part of health care providers. To achieve greater appropriation and use of technology in health care, the health care group needs a guide, or model for reception, that can be used to develop a business case to lower hazard for providers who receive and use technology in clinical practice. The goal of this article is to highlight the key factors to establish e-health system. Also this paper advocates for (1) greater dissemination of implementation best practices, (2) continued development of a solid e-health workforce, and (3) sustainable resources to help those seeking to embrace and use e-health technologies in clinical practice. The e-health group is invited to advance the guide to help providers in embracing and using data and correspondence technologies for health care system improvements.
Today's systems and organizations that provide health care meet the complex requirements of providing efficient and cost-effective service, where the quality and safety of medical services must be at the highest level. Taking into account the need to improve the quality of the new generation of health care systems, electronic companies with their solutions in the field of health care want to help health institutions and other entities involved in the health system in improving efficiency, timeliness, safety and overall quality of medical services.
