The Effect of Communication on Employee Performance at Bukhari Express. The aim of the research is to examine the effect of communication on employee performance. Employee performance is one of the crucial factors that affect the achievement of the goals of an organization. This research uses quantitative research, Quantitative research is research by examining how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable. The sampling technique used in this study is a probability sampling technique with 50 (fifty) simple random sampling data. The correlation test (R) results are 0.640 and the coefficient of determination (R2) is 40.9%, that's states the communication variable has a strong relationship to the employee performance variable and the magnitude of the influence is 40.9% and the remaining 59.10% is influenced by other factors. Based on the partial test (T-test), the T-count value is 5.766, while the T-table value-is 2.010. Thus T-count is greater than T-table (T-count 5.766 > T-table 2.010), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It means that there is a significant influence between communication and employee performance at Bukhari Express

Internal communication that occurs at PT. XYZ will affect work behavior which is indicated by employee performance towards the company. The formulation of the problem in this study is how internal communication influences employee performance at PT. THE ROLE OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION IN IMPROVING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE (QUALITATIVE DESCRIPTIVE STUDY AT THE DUTALIA OESAPA KUPANG SUPERMARKET) The purpose of this study was to determine the Role of Organizational Communication in improving the performance of employees of the Dutalia Oesapa Supermarket in Kupang City. The theory used in this study is the theory of human relations. This research is a qualitative study with research procedures that produce descriptive data. The informants in this study were determined by the principle of adequacy and conformity. Test the validity of the data using qualitative data analysis of Milles & Huberman. The results of the study found that the role of communication applied to Dutalia Oesapa Kupang went well in improving employee performance. Dutalia Oesapa Kupang employees must know and be able to apply the Guest Service Cycle (GSC) as a standard employee service cycle so that communication between leaders and fellow employees can be well established and each employee still feels valued and cared for by the leadership and fellow employees, and there is no the gap between senior workers and general workers in order to improve good employee performance so that they know about how communication takes place through various stages that are carried out continuously, change, and there is no end in order to deliver messages. Employee Performance at Dutalia Oesapa Kupang is a real achievement achieved by a person both in quality and quantity that an employee achieves in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given. Organizational communication in Dutalia Oesapa Kupang should apply the human relations theory that must have work performance evaluations for all employees within the organization, so that the organization can know the extent of achievement levels. This can be used as a benchmark for giving compensation in making innovations that will improve employee performance.

Communication is an activity or activity that is very vital in everyday life. Without good communication, problems will arise and of course, this will be very disturbing. Like wise in the world of work, we cannot avoid the name of communication. If the communication within the company is not carried out properly, of course, the office activities in the company will be hampered even for companies where everything must be responsive, if there are employees who cannot communicate well then they will suffer losses. Also, not only in the manufacturing industry, but there is also an occupational health and safety program in an office. Until now, I am sure there are still many companies, especially in Indonesia, that have not implemented this occupational health and safety program. Many of them are sick but are not aware of the pain comes from not implementing the program. If it continues to be allowed, this will endanger the health and safety of the workers. For this occupational health and safety program to be implemented, of course communication such as coaching is needed, which will guide them to implement it. However, it is not just ordinary communication but intensive, persuasive communication and various other approach methods so that the occupational health and safety program is not only started but will continue to be implemented in the company.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komunikasi Internal dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Walikota Makassar (Studi Kasus Pada Bagian Kesejatraan Rakyat). Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan pihak manajemen atau para pegawai pada Kantor Walikota Makassar (Studi Kasus Pada Bagian Kesejatraan Rakyat) yang berhubungan dengan manajemen sumber daya manusia sedangkan data sekunder adalah data-data yang bersumber dari data yang terkait manajemen sumberdaya manusia serta studi pustaka dan literatur-literatur yang bersangkutan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data dan pembahasan hasil penelitian yang telah dijelaskan, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Komunikasi Internal dan Disiplin Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif yang siknifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara simulatan maupun secara persial.

Komunikasi dalam organisasi adalah hal yang penting, komunikasi dapat mempengaruhi pengurusan organisasi, dimana komunikasi yang baik yang dilakukan oleh karyawan akan menghasilkan kepuasan kerja yang maksimum. Komunikasi organisasi merupakan pengiriman dan penerimaan berbagai pesan di dalam organisasi di dalam kelompok formal maupun informal organisasi. Komunikasi yang berlaku dalam sebuah organisasi dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini membahas mengenai komunikasi organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. X. Penilitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil korelasi untuk 50 responden, taraf kesalahan 5% hasil yang didapat pada analisis, rhitung = 0,651 lebih besar dari pada rtabel yaitu sebesar 0,273. Dengan demikian rhitung = 0,651, p = 0,000, taraf signifikan p rtabel (0,651 > 0,273, sehingga korelasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan Y.
