This study aimed to determine the leadership skills and behaviors of school administrators and their school performance in Area III Leyte Division. It employed the descriptive-correlational research method as the main technique of the study. As to the profile of school administrators, majority were old-age, more than half were female, nearly eighty percent were married, a bigger number were master's degree holders, a little more than one-half occupied Principal 1 position, mostly availed only local and regional trainings/seminars and a great majority of them had served more than 9 years. Looking on the aspect of leadership skills, the school administrators were highly effective in all areas such as setting instructional direction, teamwork, sensitivity, judgment, results orientation, oral communication, written communication, developing others, understanding own strengths and weaknesses. In terms of leadership behavior, the school administrators were also found to be highly effective in all areas such as in communicating the school goals, supervision and evaluation of instruction, coordinating the curriculum, monitoring of student progress, protecting instructional time, maintaining high visibility, providing incentives for teachers, promoting professional development and providing incentives for learning.Parallel studies maybe conducted by examining other aspects and nature of variables related to leadership skills and behavior so that further assessments on the reliability and validity of the data in this research could be ascertained.

School Administrators are evaluated based on a variety of factors, including student achievement on standardized tests, enrol ment in advanced placement courses, and student attendance and graduation rates. Thus this study aimed to determine the association of management capability of elementary school administrators and school's performance in elementary schools of Leyte Division in the Province of Leyte, Philippines. Using a descriptive-correlation research design and survey instruments to gather the information, a total of 112 elementary schools' administrators participated in the study. Results shows that as to the management capability school administrators are very much capable in creating a student-centered learning climate and managing the school operations than human resources management and professional development. As to schools' performance, the Participation rate, cohort survival rate, promotion rate drop-out rate, repetition rate, and graduation rate their school performance are considered as superior. However, retention rate, transition rate, completion rate and teacher-pupil ratio only performed meeting the standards. Moreover, the study reveal that the profile and management capability of school administrators have no significant relationships with their school performance.
The study aimed to determine the school administrators' instructional leadership skills and the teachers' performance and efficacy in senior high schools. Utilizing the descriptive correlational design for an in-depth analysis of the study, the researcher utilized standardized questionnaire to twenty-one school administrators and to 204 senior high school teachers. Frequency, percentage, weighted mean, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson r and Coefficient of Determination were the statistical tools used. The researcher found out that the school administrators themselves believed that they perform well as instructional leaders as revealed in the indicators in each area. Likewise, it was found out the teachers themselves were not confident if they were able to deliver their responsibilities in terms of student engagement, instructional strategies, and classroom management. There is a significant relationship between the school administrators' overall instructional leadership skills and the teachers' performance. Moreover, the researcher found out that there is a significant relationship between the school administrators' overall instructional leadership skills and the teachers' self-efficacy. With these findings, the researcher concluded that most of the respondents believe that the school administrators who function as instructional leaders in public Senior High Schools in the National Capital Region assessed themselves to be good instructional leaders particularly in the four areas such as resource provider, instructional resource, communicator and visible leader as it was revealed in the Teachers' Performance.

The objective of the study was to determine the school heads’ educational leadership practice and teachers’ performance in Omar District, Division of Sulu, Philippines. The respondents of the study were 82 elementary school teachers and 15 school heads. A structured questionnaire was used to gather the needed data. The statistical used were frequency counts, percentage, weighted mean and ANOVA. The result of the study revealed that the majority of the teachers were female, with an age ranged from 31-40 old, and have been rendering service for two years and above. Further, the teachers were very satisfactory in terms of their performance on lesson planning delivery, assessment, and management of time and learning environment, and technical assistance. This study attempted to determine the administrative and instructional leadership practices of the school administrators in community colleges of Northern Mindanao. A total of 23 school administrators and 110 teachers who rated the administrative and instructional leadership performance of school administrators participated in the study. A qualitative-quantitative research methods were used in the study. Research questionnaires and interview were used to determine the administrative and instructional leadership performance of school administrators. This study aims to determine the leadership style and the best practices of the school heads in the department of education in Bulacan. Principals are considered the pilots in attaining to what the school has envisioned to succeed. Highly effective school principals are vital in initiating, innovating, implementing and sustaining the school success (Tucker & Codding, 2002). Leithwood et. al. (2008) averred that as leaders, they significantly impact the overall organizational performance. While the crucial functions of principals accross the globe have remained unmodified over the years, their essential roles have shifted drastically (Hull, 2012). From building managers, carrying out regulations, adhering to district rules, and avoiding mistakes, they shifted to being instructional leaders equipted with skills in developing a team of teachers, who bestow effective instruction to students (Krasnoff et. al., 2015).
Objective-The purpose of this study is to determine the level of instructional leadership among public elementary school administrators in Antique, Philippines. Methodology/Technique-The study was conducted using the descriptive survey design to a sample of 182 purposively selected public elementary school administrators in the School Division of Antique, Philippines. The researcher adapted the National Competency-Based Standards for School Heads Questionnaire for this study. The questionnaire was originally constructed by the Department of Education (DepEd)-National Educators Academy of the Philippines (DepEd-NEAP). Finding-The results reveal that public elementary school administrators have poor knowledge in instructional leadership, specifically in developing programs and or adapting existing programs. The results also show that the public elementary school administrators have moderate knowledge in Assessment of Learning, Implementing Programs for Instructional Improvement, and Instructional Supervision. Novelty-The study suggests instructional leadership training programs for school administrators to increase their competence in instructional leadership so they can achieve the goals of their respective schools. School Heads" Administrative and Leadership Skills: Its Influence on School Performance
This descriptive study endeavored to determine the administrative and instructional leadership skills of school heads and its influence on school performance in the second district of Misamis Oriental, Philippines, during school year 2018-2019. It involved 132 elementary school administrators. In order to validate their selfassessment from the survey instrument, 380 random samples of teachers who were under those respective administrators were taken to assess the competence of their respective administrators. The analysis and interpretation of the data gathered were facilitated by frequency counts, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson r. The study found out that there is no significant relationship between the school heads' age, sex, work experience, and family monthly income and the school performance considering the teachers' performance, the learners' performance and their reading comprehension. However, there is a significant relationship between the school heads' designation and educational qualification, and school performance. Also, there is a significant effect between the school heads' administrative and instructional leadership skills and the schools' performance in terms of teachers' individual performance and students' achievement and their reading comprehension skills.
The Correlation between Educational Leadership and the Effectiveness of School Organization

This study intends to find out the correlation between educational leadership and the effectiveness of school/madrasa organizations. The study used a quantitative approach with purpose to elaborate the information about educational leadership and its effectiveness in school/madrasa. The obtained data were processed by using Pearson Product Moment test. The population in this study was 30 teachers selected from 5 schools/madrasas in Garut district. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The statistical analysis used was Paired Sample T-Test. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive correlation between educational leadership and the effectiveness of private school/madrasa organizations.
