In this article an assessment was made on the religious life of Syrian refugees whose number increases everyday in Turkey. A comparison has been made on religious perceptions of Syrian refugees, religious life, and religious perceptions in Turkey and Syria. Religious life in Turkey in terms of its differences and similarities with their religious life, post migration interactions and refugees' integration processes are questioned. In this study it is aimed to determine similarities and differences of religious life and the role of religion during the integration process of two different societies sharing mutual beliefs. The article is important in order to emerge the role and impact of religion for social integration, to observe different interpretations of religion in different societies, and to form a better communication between two societies. Qualitative methodology and interview method are used in this study. In that sense, data of the study came from interviews held with Syrian refugees and their microsociological level experiences. It is concluded that religion is differentiated among different societies in terms of meaning and practice.

Discussing the issue of women's work from the Islamic point of view requires a holistic approach that examines the subject with all the different factors and influences of life. This is a methodical approach that Mujtahidūn call "Taḥqīq al-Manāṭ al-'Āmm" for Islamic researches. It extends to a wider circle related to the nature of social life and the pattern of family relations. It is linked to political and economic systems and the perception of women and their function and location in society. This research contributes to this debatable issue, trying to dismantle the ideological backgrounds surrounding this issue and to examine the economic and political motives behind it. Then, it follows up the implications that are socially and economically derived by evoking the reality of global experiences, in order to come up with a more comprehensive and balanced vision in Taḥqīq al-Manāṭ in its Maqasidic context which controls its view and rulings.

ضمانات الممنوحة للموظف في النظام التأديبي الإماراتي

يعمل النظام التأديبي على تحقيق المصلحة العامة للحفاظ على أقصى درجات الاستقرار الوظيفي، هذا النظام يرتكز على الموظف باعتباره الأداة التي تعمل على التوازن بين قيام الموظف بأداء واجباته الوظيفية بالقدرة والكفاية المطلوبة وبين متطلبات الوظيفة. يعتمد تحقيق المصلحة العامة على حسن أداء الموظف وسرعته وأمانتة و كفاءته، وفي المقابل لا بد أن تحافظ الإدارة على أداء الموظف بأن تقدم له ضمانات تكفل حقوقة وتوفر له الحماية من سوء استعمال السلطة الإدارية، هذه الضمانات قد تكون سابقة على توقيع الجزاء أم لاحقة بعد صدور الجزاء التأديبي في حقه وكل تلك الضمانات الممنوحة للموظف تدخل في مفهوم عدالة الإجراءات. ومن أجل هذين الاعتبارين اللذين يدخلان في صالح الإدارة و صالح الموظف نشأت فكرة النظام التأديبي وكان التحقيق أحد الوسائل المهمة في المسؤولية التأديبية.

This research aimed to study the role of Transformational Leadership Style in Administrative Creativity on Syrian Commercial Banks in Hama. By identifying the role of transformational leadership dimensions in developing creative abilities for administrative cadres working in the banks under study. In order to achieve the goals of this study, the researchers used the deductive approach. The study used a comprehensive inventory method for workers at the administrative (middle-lower) levels, consisting of (123). The researcher used the questionnaire as a main tool to collect data. The study concluded that there is a significant correlation between transformational leadership in its dimensions (ideal effect, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration) and the development of Administrative Creativity of the employees in the banks under study. One of the most important recommendations was to be more concerned with the application of transformational leadership practices and behaviors.
