Implementasi Manajemen Mutu Terpadu Dalam Memberikan Layanan DI SD Stkip Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi komponen manajemen mutu terpadu yang terdiri dari kualitas layanan yang diberikan sekolah, sumber daya manusia dalam mengajar, lingkungan sekolah, dan proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif naturalistik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini antara lain kepala sekolah, guru, pegawai, dan siswa. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi, perpanjangan waktu penelitian dan ketekunan pengamatan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman melalui kegiatan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) Mutu layanan terhadap siswa di SD STKIP Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung sudah memenuhi standar layanan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan pelaksanaan Manajemen Mutu Terpadu (MMT) dan dampaknya terhadap efektivitas sekolah di SD Negeri Matungkas Kecamatan Dimembe Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Penelitian dilakukan dengan motode deskriptif kualitatif. Kepala sekolah, guru dan pengawas ditetapkan sebagai subjek penelitian. Penentuan participant dilakukan dengan Teknik snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dikakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Untuk memastikan keabsahan data dilakukan triangulasi lintas waktu dan metode. To face of an increasingly strong and competitive Globalization Era, implementing MMT at schools is very important for the long-term success of school organizations and is a source of excellence in order to create performance and productivity towards achieving continuous Quality Management. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the application of MMT at Samarinda State Vocational High School in an effort to improve school quality management, (2) the level of achievement of Integrated Quality Management (MMT) at Samarinda State Vocational School in an effort to improve school quality management, (3) which was an obstacle to Integrated Quality Management (MMT) at Samarinda State Vocational High School in an effort to improve school quality management. This study uses a qualitative descriptive design. The interview guide is used to explore information about the application, level of achievement and factors that become obstacles to Integrated Quality Management (MMT) at SMK Negeri 7 Samarinda. The results showed that: (1) the application of MMT to Samarinda State Vocational High School seven had been implemented and went well, (2) the level of achievement of MMT at Vocational High School seven had shown good results with increasing students, increasing educator HR, good quality of facilities and infrastructure, as well as a conducive work and learning environment, (3) Factors that become obstacles to the application of MMT to Vocational High School seven are the use of technology that is not maximized for some teachers, there are still some internal parties lacking commitment in quality assurance, learning methods, and lack of discipline of teachers in teaching. It can be concluded that the results of the research on the implementation of MMT in Samarinda State Vocational High School 7 Kalimantan through the implementation of MMT found an increase in performance and school quality assurance.

The main objective of this research was to describe objectively the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) to improve education quality. To meet the objective a case study was conducted in AlMuslimin Primary School , Tambun, Bekasi. in 200xxx. employng descriptive method. Data were collected by using interview and observation tecniqes and analyzed descriptively to answer the research questions. The research was focused to answer three research question. Beside being able to give clear and objective description of TQM implementation in AlMuslimin Primary School as the research findings, the research found that TQM could improve the eduaction quality in the school under identified certain conditions. To optimoza the quality education by using TQM, the research provided a number of recommendations.

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemandirian anak berkebutuhan khusus yang ada di lembaga SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang melalui implementasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler ketrampilan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler ketrampilan serta untuk mengetahui tingkat kemandirian anak.
