This paper examines the emotional undertones and stylistic elements in U.S. President Clinton's public communications throughout his presidency. It utilizes a computer program to analyze various dimensions of language, including emotional measures and stylistic features, demonstrating high classification accuracy in differentiating between formal and informal communications. Results support theories of persuasive presidential rhetoric, indicating significant variations in emotional expression and style based on the type of communication.
