It is our great pleasure to present the May 2019 issue (Volume 17 Number 5) of the International Journal of Computer Science and Information Security (IJCSIS). There have been many improvements to the processing of papers; we have also witnessed a significant growth in interest through a higher number of submissions as well as through the breadth and quality of those submissions.
