Optimizing the Contents of Training for the Men’s Representative Volleyball School Team

The purpose of the paper was to select the most efficient means to acquire the technical and tactical procedures specific to volleyball, to explain and use them during the physical education class or the optional discipline, and the results obtained should prove their efficiency in attaining the goals. It may be asserted that training based on a judicious planning and on using in teaching modern acting system-selected and systematized following the model of competitive game-leads to a substantial increase in the level of manifestation of motor qualities during the game, as well as to the increase of game action acquisition, which ultimately reflects on the image of the game practice by the team. In this respect, the methodology used, the action systems and the means used must be administered in a logical sequence; they should be precisely dosed, quantified and highly efficient.
Aspects Regarding the Methodology and Methods of Learning Volleyball in the Beginner Groups

Purpose: Taking into account that the finality of the instructiveeducative process at the level of the beginners' group is to accomplish as much as possible the model of player and the team's game model and on this basis, promotion to the teams of advanced I, my goal in this paper was to help enrich the theoretical, practical-methodical of the volleyball game at the level of beginners, based on the most recent views provided by the scientific literature. The research was carried out for a year with a group of 25 children (girls) aged 11±1. The students were monitored within the Physical Education classes and, by their somatic skills, they were selected in the beginners' group. Following the study, it has been concluded that positive results were obtained at the final evaluations, which confirms once again the formative valences of the training activity in the attaining of the objectives proposed.
STUDY REGARDING THE EFFICIENCY OF DYNAMIC GAMES IN LEARNING VOLLEYBALL AT PRIMARY SCHOOL LEVEL
Our study focused on the importance of using dynamic games on learning basic technical elements in volleyball and their influence on anthropometric development in children. The research had two groups of pupils, the first - the experimental group consisted of 20 pupils aged between 10 and 12, 12 boys and 8 girls, a group with which we worked alongside the 2 hours of physical education in the program with an additional 3 hours of volleyball training; the second group - the control group, consisting of 20 pupils aged between 10 and 12, 13 boys and 7 girls, a group with which we followed the classical curriculum. The methods used in the research were: method of study of specialized literature, observation method, experiment method (anthropometry and technical tests), mathematical method, graphic method. The results showed significant differences in anthropometric development between the two samples as well as important differences in the acquisition of technical elements in the volleyball game. The findings of the study showed that the dynamic games used and the playful agonist program utilized in the experimental group had efficiency both on the physical development and in particular on the learning of the basic technical elements of the volleyball game.
Optimization of Specific Training in Volleyball for Juniors

Aim. Changes in the volleyball world, both in terms of maximizing parameters and content structure and level request players physically, mentally, bio-motility technical and tactical confirms once again the need to find the most efficient ways optimization and support capacity of performance. This study aims to determine the level of specific training subjects and assessing the effectiveness of work programs implemented to optimize training echelon competitive junior volleyball players. Methods. As a working method I used: bibliographic documentation; interpretation of statistical and mathematical method; graphical representation method; Results. It is noted that both the physical evidence applied, but also the driving show an increased value of motor function in both groups included in the experiment, with more progress meant the group experiment-reflected the significant differences recorded between the averages of both groups testing final. Conclusions. Confirming the hypothesis that optimization training model-through the selection and application training pathways for specific training complex-can provide an increase in performance of junior volleyball players providing of educational objectives and the performance of the team.

The progress that covered all areas including the sports field, and in many countries of the world was not coincidental, but adopted those countries many of the elements of progress, and that sport is one of the most important aspects of life and the progress of countries to build human education, physical and mental and so that sport can achieve these goals Less time using modern teaching strategies, and it is known that the skillful defense performance of the student in volleyball is related to learning within the educational institution and is a measure to evaluate the level of skill and defense performance of the learner and scientific achievement, and this investigation largely thanks to the use of the process-based Educational methods and ways and means and activities that help students so, so it could be among the reasons attributed to them this weakness in the technically gifted defensive performance is the continuation of teachers in the use of traditional teaching strategy, despite its effectiveness in certain conditions and situations. The research community determines the students of the fourth stage in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences University of Kerbala for the academic year (2017 - 2018) and through the results reached the following conclusions: The use of a distinct learning strategy according to the two modes (sensory-sensory) has an effective effect on the development of the aerodynamic skill of the students. The results showed that there is a preference for the use of a differentiated learning strategy based on the sensory-sensory pattern. In Vietnam, physical education is mostly still taught in a traditional model. Volleyball is one of the most practiced sports in Physical Education classes. The study of this article was to explore students' difficulties in the practice of volleyball in school Physical Education (PE) classes, according to the tactical principles of the sport, and to compare them with teachers' understanding of the discipline. This qualitative study was developed in two stages: a) observation of 14 hours/class PE volleyball classes in two different schools and field diary records of students' difficulties during the game according to the tactical principles of the sport, and b) application of a Linkert scale with active PE teachers to classify such problems (Thomás A.P, et al 2020). In the first stage, the following situations were identified as difficulties, in decreasing order of occurrence in the observations: building the attack, occupying spaces on the court, looking for empty spaces, intending to contact the ball, and directing serves. In the teachers' view, however, difficulties in serves were indicated as students' main problem and, on the other hand, occupying court spaces as the action they performed more easily. On this basis, it is concluded that there are differences between the researcher's and the teachers' views, possibly related to teachers' initial coaching and previous experiences based on the traditional model, whose focus is not on the teaching of tactical principles.
Comparison of Three Methods of Practice on the Learning of Volleyball Basic Skills in School Boys
The present study compared three methods of practice: blocked practice, random and blocked-random to learn volleyball basic skills. The statistical population of the study consisted of Isfahan school boys aged 12-14 who were registered in Volleyball Training Center in the year 2010. Five centers including 210 subjects were selected randomly and in an equal way stayed in the three training groups. They were trained for 2 months with 12 sessions in each month. Blocked practice group practiced just one skill in both sessions of the first month and one skill in each session of the second month. Random practice group practiced two skills in each session of the first month and three skills in each session of the second month. Blocked-random practice group practiced just one skill in both sessions of the first month and three skills in each session of the second month. For the statistical analysis, one-way variance and a portion test were used. The results showed that the difference between the mean scores of the participants is just meaningful in waterfall test, (p 0.05). Blocked-random practice compared to blocked and random practice compared to blocked were more effective in learning these skills. It can be proposed volleyball coaches use blocked-random and random practice in the training of spike skills to the beginners.
Cognitive Development Based on the Volleyball Game Play in Physical Education

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of the Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU), Sport Education Model (SEM), and Hybrid Teaching Games for Understanding Sport Education Model (HTGfU-SEM) on the cognitive performance among Form 1 students on volleyball gameplay. Student's cognitive focusing on the tactical decision-making aspect of opening and closing space and selection of skills used in the game. Methodology: The study is using the quasi-experimental method involving a sample of 96 Form 1 students. The control group is TGfU while, the treatment groups are SEM and HTGfU-SEM. The research instrument was adapted from the Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI) with the validity value (r =.81). These modified instruments were used to assess the cognitive aspects of badminton gameplay. The Mean, SD, ANOVA, ANCOVA, MANOVA and posthoc test were used to analyze the cognitive data. Results: As for the overall tactical decision making via a multivariate test in volleyball gameplay indicated significant effect through SEM. Especially for closing space in volleyball 3 vs. 3 gameplay through SEM, F (2, 93) = 10.054, p < 0.05, η2 = .178. Conclusion: The findings of this study provide a strong justification for implementing SEM in teaching and facilitating physical education games since it may enhance student's cognitive ability especially in tactical decision-making in opening and closing space and selection of skills. Advancement in cognitive ability may enhance student's capacity to mastery of in-game skills.

The problem addressed in this study is that students taking volleyball courses are in poor physical condition, resulting in it being difficult for lecturers to teach basic volleyball technical skills. This physical condition is the most crucial factor that a student must possess because it will affect the application of basic volleyball technique exercises taught on the field. Students must have the following physical characteristics: strength, endurance, speed, agility, balance, flexibility, and coordination. To ensure that students are in good physical condition, it is necessary to design or develop a model that is used in lectures to train students in exceptional physical conditions that have a significant impact on their basic volleyball technical skills. Experimental research was used in this study. It means that the treatment provided forms of exceptional physical condition training in 16 meetings during the study's implementation. The impact of the application of these physical conditions on the fundamental technical abilities of volleyball is then examined. The sample in this study were 25 students. Data was gathered by testing basic volleyball technical skills such as service, low pass, and overhead pass. The sample-dependent t-test was used to analyze the data. According to the study's findings, tcount = 19.23 > ttable = 2.13. This means that the research hypothesis can be empirically accepted. As a result, the findings of this study indicate that when students receive the most intensive forms of special physical condition training, their basic volleyball technical skills will improve optimally.
