The evaluation team reports primarily on formative results and – to a limited degree – on summative results. The results from the various data collection efforts are synthesized and triangulated to assess the degree to which CCF awards: 1) Increase the capacity of quality school readiness programs, 2) Increase parent engagement to support student learning, and 3) Increase teacher professional development focused on evidence-based instructional activities and the use of student performance data to improve instruction.
