KREATIVITAS DAN INOVASI PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP PEMASARAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN PADA USAHA KECIL

Creativity and innovation is a topic that is relevant not only for the entrepreneurs who are just starting, but also for business activities in general. The concept of entrepreneurial marketing is a scientific discipline that studies about the value, capabilities and a person's behavior in dealing with various issues related to business opportunities in an effort to get done. The purpose of this study are: first, to determine and analyze creativity and innovation have a significant effect simultaneously on entrepreneurial marketing. Second, to identify and analyze creativity and innovation have a significant effect partially towards entrepreneurial marketing. Third, to identify and analyze between creativity and innovation are the dominant influence on entrepreneurial marketing. The research location is determined at small business centers Ceramic Dinoyo Malang. The number of small businesses as respondents: 34 business units. Data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using the F test and T test. Based on the results of data analysis using multiple linear regression, the results of the study are as follows: First, creativity and innovation have a significant effect simultaneously on entrepreneurial marketing. Second, creativity and innovation have a significant effect partially towards entrepreneurial marketing. Third, creativity is the dominant influence on entrepreneurial marketing.

This study aims to identify entrepreneurial characteristics possessed by young farmers. Young farmers who are the object of study are horticulture farmers in Kabupaten Bandung Barat . This study tries to explain the characteristics of farmers in terms of entrepreneurship. This study focuses on young farmers in Cisarua, Parongpong, and Lembang Subdistricts, with land ownership of no more than two hectares (small scale). The determination of the sample is done by a stratified random sampling method. The strata in this study are young farmers under the age of 40 and farming in the sub-sector of horticulture products in Kabupaten Bandung Barat . The next step is to determine the sample in the study as many as 120 farmers. Economic empowerment of women that lead by Women Studies Center Muhammadiyah of Jember University in Wirolegi, one of the center of poverty in Jember, still has many works to do concerned with elements of economic empowerment of women to improve these women's economy welfare. The purpose of this study is to capture needs of their small business and as the result is a development model of small business management. It will help them to get access to economy sources, to reach the same position, to have markets, finance and business skill to improve the growth of their own business. This study uses qualitative model with focus group discussion and depth interview. Key Word : Economic empowerment of women, development model of small business management, focus group discussion, depth interview PENDAHULUAN Latar Belakang Kondisi dan posisi perempuan di Indonesia masih jauh tertinggal dibandingkan laki-laki dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, antara lain di bidang sosial, politik, ekonomi, pendidikan dan budaya. Fenomena di atas menunjukkan perempuan masih menjadi kaum yang termarginalkan sehingga persoalan pemberdayaan perempuan memiliki bidang garapan yang luas. Salah satu bidang yang menarik untuk dibahas adalah pemberdayaan ekonomi bagi perempuan. Keberdayaan perempuan di bidang ekonomi adalah salah satu indikator meningkatnya kesejahteraan. Saat perempuan menjadi kaum terdidik, mempunyai hak-hak kepemilikan, dan bebas untuk bekerja di luar rumah serta mempunyai pendapatan mandiri, inilah tanda kesejahteraan rumah tangga meningkat (Dreze and Sen, 1995). Jember, sebagai salah satu kabupaten termiskin di Jawa Timur (data BPS, 2009) juga memiliki kompleksitas permasalahan-permasalahan perempuan. Penanganan permasalahan kemiskinan perempuan perlu segera dilakukan. Sebagaimana yang dilakukan oleh Pusat Studi Wanita (PSW) UM Jember sebagai organisasi wanita yang berkeinginan untuk mendorong terselenggaranya kegiatan-kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan kajian perempuan dalam lembaga pendidikan Islam. Kajian perempuan dalam hal ini dipahami sebagai kegiatan akademis yang berupaya memecahkan masalah perempuan dan hubungan antara posisinya dalam masyarakat dan perannya dalam proses pembangunan bangsa. Sebagaimana kita pahami, perempuan merupakan asset berharga dalam proses pembangunan bangsa, dengan kata lain, keberhasilan pembangunan ditentukan pula oleh kualitas pemberdayaan kaum perempuan. Pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan merupakan usaha yang membutuhkan interaksi yang sederajat dan saling menguntungkan sesuai fungsi dan potensinya masing-masing dari faktor-faktor pemberdaya dan perempuan yang diberdayakan. Perempuan sudah banyak menjadi entrepreneur dan sudah mencapai sekitar 60% dari 4,9 juta entrepreneur di Indonesia dengan berbagai alasan namun terdapat beberapa motivasi lainnya. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the development of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation and their effects on the marketing performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Bengkulu Province. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sampling method used non probability with judgmental techniques (purposive) with a total sample of 270. The results showed that SMEs in Bengkulu Province had run their business with market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation in good categories. When viewed from the marketing performance, most of them have achieved a fairly good level of performance as well. For this reason, if we look at the influence between variables, market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive and significant effect at the marketing performance of SMEs in Bengkulu Province. The role of SMEs can be said to be very important in the national economy. The role is mainly in the aspects such as increased employment opportunities, equity, income, rural economic development, and increase non-oil exports. Entrepreneurship is the ability to be creative and innovative basic, tips, and resources to look for opportunities to success. The essence of entrepreneurship is the ability to create something new and different through creative thinking and innovative action to create opportunities. The purpose of the study include: first to identify and analyze variables influence creativity and innovation simultaneously towards entrepreneurship. Second, to identify and analyze variables influence creativity partially towards entrepreneurship. Third, to identify and analyze the partial effect of the innovation variables on entrepreneurship. Fourth, to identify and analyze the dominant influence between creativity and innovation of entrepreneurship. Location of the research done on small welding shop in the district of Malang regency Pujon. This type of research is exploratory. Types of data used are data collected by primary and save a list of questions. The results are as follows: first, variables influence creativity and innovation simultaneously towards entrepreneurship. Second, creativity variables partially influence on entrepreneurship. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (5MEs) have an important role in economic development, because of the labor intensity relatively higher compare with thesmaller in its investment, so that theSME business moreflexible deal with and adapt of market changes. This changes is certainly needed market orientiotion, organizational learning and entrepreneurial orientation, innovation, as well as good performance, as well Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of Batik Trusmi at Cirebon Regency. The purpose of this research to the investigated the relationship between market orientation, organizational learning and entrepreneurial orientation, innovation and performance. This study will to reveal the effect of market orientation, learning organization, and entrepreneurship orientation on innovation and its impact on performances of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of Batik Trusmiat Cirebon Regency. The method used in this study is a survey research. Samples were 132 SMEs of Batik Trusmi at Cirebon Regency. The research data analyzes using Path Analysis. The results indicated that market orientation, organizational learning, entrepreneurial orientation, innovation and performance of SMEs of Batik Trusmi at Cirebon Regency are in the category of good. It certainly shows that SMEs are basically already have the aspects of entrepreneurship. While in the hypothesis testing was approved that the market orientation, organizational learning and entrepreneurial orientation have significant effect on innovation and have an siginificantimpacton the performance of SMEs of batik tursmi at Cirebon Regency.
