Stres yang dialami perawat dalam melakukan tugasnya dapat mengurangi kinerja. Sebagian besar perawat, terutama di ruang perawatan inap selalu menghadapi berbagai keluhan pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara stres dan kinerja perawat di ruang perawatan inap Rumah Sakit Panti Waluya Sawahan Malang. Desain penelitian ini adalah korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat di ruang perawatan inap Rumah Sakit Panti Waluya Sawahan Malang. Sampel adalah 109 orang dengan teknik sampling area proportional random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan korelasi pearson product moment. Abstract: This study was conducted at Hospital Wijaya Kusuma Kabupaten Lumajang, in order to determine the direct effect on the performance of job stress, work stress on job satisfaction, job satisfaction on the performance, as well as the indirect effect of work stress on performance through job satisfaction of nurses. The study design used is Explanatory research, nurse number in Wijaya Kusuma Hospital is 44, because the population is small then all nurses are taken as respondents. Fatigue means a gradual decrease in efficiency, work capacity and physical endurance, which affects the ability to maintain necessary activities. Many factors contribute to burnout, including environmental conditions, age, workload, working hours, and stress. Among them, work stress is the main problem in hospital HR management and represents overwhelming pressure from internal and external sources. The research used an analytical observation method and a cross-sectional approach, which allows simultaneous measurement of cause and effect variables in the same context. Notoatmodjo defines a cross-sectional study as the study of the dynamic correlation of risk factors and their effects using observational and data collection techniques at a specific point in time. The findings show that there is a relationship between work fatigue and work stress in Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital Bed Ward in 2022 with a P value of 0.024. In addition, 55% of 22 respondents experienced fatigue, while 30 respondents showed signs of stress.

The stress nurses face in hospitals at work will greatly affect the quality of nursing services provided to patients. This study aims to analyze what factors affect the work stress on nurses. This research is a quantitative study with a research design using the analytical survey method with a Cross Sectional approach. The research was conducted at Rantauprapat Hospital, Labuhanbatu Regency. The sample was 82 nurses obtained by purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using a univariate analysis test, Bivariate using a chi-square test, and Multivariate using multiple Logistic regression. The results showed that in the univariate analysis of 82 respondents, most of the respondents were 36-45 years old, namely 36 (43.9%), and had a D3 Nursing education level, namely 45 (54.9%). Latar Belakang: Stres yang dihadapi oleh perawat di dalam bekerja akan sangat mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan keperawatan. Stres di lingkungan kerja perawat akan mengakibatkan menurunnya penampilan kerja dan memburuknya pelayanan. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan stress kerja dengan tingkat empati perawat di ruang rawat inap RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Metode: Merupakan penelitian deskriptif non eksperimental dengan rancangan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan metode penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan tabel Krejcie yaitu dari 65 populasi diambil 56 sampel. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungandengan stres kerja pada perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara Tahun 2016.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional study.Populasi adalah seluruh perawat yang bertugas di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Saki t Jiwa Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggaraberjumlah 116 orang. The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the work of nurses such as fatigue and work stress. Work stress is a tension that can cause physical, psychological, thought processes and emotional imbalances. The purpose of the study was to identify the relationship between work fatigue and the stress level of nurses during the pandemic in the Covid-19 isolation room, the research design was a descriptive correlation with a Cross Sectional approach. The population of all nurses in the Covid-19 Isolation Room at the Dumai City Hospital, which amounted to 36 nurses. Sampling technique with total sampling. Tingkat kepuasan perawat bekerja di Rumah Sakit Daerah Idaman Kota Banjarbaru masih rendah pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja adalah motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja perawat pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di rawat inap RSD Idaman Kota Banjarbaru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non-eksperimental dengan desain cross sectional. Teknik yang digunakan yaitu stratified random sampling. Sampel terdiri dari 112 perawat pelaksana di rawat inap RSD Idaman Kota Banjarbaru. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian didapatkan terdapat hubungan yang positif antara motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja perawat pada masa pandemi COVID-19 (p value = 0,0001 < 0,05; r = 570).
