This study attempted to examine the effect of perceived demand pressure, ease of service, reputation footprint, and perceived level of excellence on cost-plus financing and the influence of perceived demand pressure, ease of service, reputation footprint, and level of product advantages together against the financing. Thus, this quantitative research involved 371 customers who transacted cost-plus financing. The slovin formula was applied as sampling technique with a total sample of 79. Moreover, the analytical technique employed in this study was starting from the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing with simple regression, and multiple regression with SPSS data processing. The purpose of this study is to assessthe willingness of muslim and non-muslim customers to advise others to become the customers of Islamic bank. A hundred fifty customers from various religion background, participated in the survey undertaken in an Islamic bank in Denpasar. The descriptive statistics showsthat 55.33% of the respondents agreed or strongly agreed to advise others to become the customers of Islamic banks, 0.67% disagreed or strongly disagreed and 44% neither agreed nor disagreed. Among non-Muslim customers, 61.25% agreed or strongly agreed to advise Muslims to become the customers of Islamic banks and 32.50% agreed or strongly agreed to advise other non-Muslims to become the customers of Islamic bank. This study aims to determine whether the perception variables of cognitive, affective perception and perception connative affect the interest become customers of Islamic banks in Surakarta. This study uses quantitative methods. Sampling techniques in this study using the formula Slovin, that obtained the total 100 respondents from a population of 122,130 inhabitants non-Muslim communities who are in Surakarta. Keberadaan bank syariah tidak hanya untuk masyarakat muslim tetapi masyarakat non muslim juga sudah mulai menggunakannya. Kedua nasabah tersebut tentunya mempunyai alasan-alasan tersendiri dalam keputusan memilih jasa bank syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendiskripsikan perilaku nasabah dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penentu keputusan nasabah muslim dan non muslim dalam memilih bank syariah di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan nasabah non-muslim di perbankan Syariah. Untuk mengetahui hal tersebut, dilakukan penelitian terhadap perilaku nasabah non-muslim di perbankan syariah dalam memilih produk simpanan mudharabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode triangulasi untuk memperoleh data primer. Metode fenomenologi dilakukan dengan cara wawancara mendalam secara langsung nasabah non-muslim terkait simpanan di Bank Syariah. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat nasabah non-muslim adalah pola pikir terhadap bank Islam, pengetahuan tentang larangan riba dan keuntungan yang didapat jika menjadi nasabah bank syariah. This research is intended to find out what factors are causing non-Muslims to become customers of Islamic banks. The study was conducted at the BNI Syariah branch of Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The results of the study show that: (1) Location partially does not affect the interest of non-Muslims to become customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keluarga, religiusitas dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan nasabah memilih bank konvensional. pada masa pandemi Covid-19 menjadi sorotan karena kondisi ini bisa dimanfaatkan untuk mengenalkan eksistensi Bank Syariah dalam pengendalian ekonomi di Indonesia. Eksistensi Bank Syariah akan terus berlanjut apabila minat masyarakat muslim menggunakan produk Bank Syariah juga meningkat. Adapun Permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Minat Masyarakat Muslim Menjadi Nasabah Bank Syariah di Masa Pandemi Covid 19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mencari tahu sejauh mana minat masyarakat muslim terhadap Bank Syariah dikala pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif berupa data publikasi laporan keuangan bulanan Bank Syariah jangka waktu Januari-Juli 2020 karena pada periode tersebut berlangsung pandemi Covid-19 berupa data thid party funds, debt financing dan equity financing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jika Bank Syariah punya keunggulan kestabilan pada konsep equity financing yang artinya jika lebih disosialisasikan lagi pada masyarakat muslim di Indonesia, minatnya menggunakan Bank Syariah akan makin meningkat.
