Hubungan Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah Dengan Motivasi Kerja Tenaga Kependidikan

In general, this study aims to determine the relationship between the leadership of madrasah principals and the work motivation of the teaching staff, while specifically this study aims to (a)) Leadership of Madrasah principals in State Madrasah Tsanawiyah throughout Kab. Sumedang, (b) Work Motivation of Education Personnel in State Madrasah Tsanawiyah throughout Kab. Sumedang and (c) The relationship between the leadership of the head of the Madrasah and the work motivation of the teaching staff at the State Madrasah Tsanawiyah throughout Sumedang Regency. And the method used in this research is descriptive correlational method using total sampling technique, where all the population as many as 85 were sampled. From the research results, it is concluded that: (a) The leadership of the head of madrasah is very high qualification, because it is in the range of 4.20-5.00 interval, namely 4.23 (high qualification). (b) The work motivation of education personnel is high qualification, because it is in the interval range from 3.40 to 4.19, namely 3.93 (high qualifications). (c) There is a relationship between the leadership of the head of madrasah and the work motivation of the educational personnel as big as 0.725, with the coefficient price being in the category of 0.51-0.75 which means that there is a strong relationship. This means that the more optimized the leadership of the head of the madrasa, the more motivation for the teaching workforce to work.

Hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah Dengan Kinerja Guru

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu ada tidaknya hubungan antara kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan kinerja guru di MTs Daarul Mukhlishin Bahap. Sedangkan hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu koefisien korelasi antara kepemimpian kepala madrasah (X) dengan kinerja guru (Y) di MTs Daarul Mukhlishin Bahap. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah tenaga pendidik 20 orang. Motede yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil uji coba dari variabel X dari 20 item yang diuji cobakan terdapat 18 butir valid dan 3 butir tidak valid, yakni terdapat pada nomor 16 dan 18, dan untuk variabel kinerja guru dari 20 item yang diuji cobakan terdapat 17 butir valid dan 3 tidak valid yakni terdapat nomor 1,3 dan 19. Sedangkan uji reliabilitas intrumen dianalisis dengan alpha cronbach dengan hasil analisis menununjukkan bahwa kedua variabel berada pada tingkat yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah MTs Mohamad Hekal Desa Rantau Alai Kecamatan Batang Masumai; kendala yang dihadapi Kepala Sekolah MTs Mohamad Hekal Desa Rantau Alai Kecamatan Batang Masumai dalam peningkatan kinerja tenaga pendidik; upaya Kepala Sekolah MTs Mohamad Hekal Desa Rantau Alai Kecamatan Batang Masumai dalam peningkatan kinerja tenaga pendidik. This study aims to analyze and illustrate the leadership role of the madrasa head in improving teacher performance in MIS Asy Syarifiyah, Cikampek District, Karawang Regency. The study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection is done by using methods a) observation, b) interviews and c) documentation. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the headmaster of the madrasa uses a democratic leadership style and has performed its role as a madrasa leader in improving teacher performance by making plans and implementation through coaching and development. So that between leadership and planning styles as well as the implementation of the headmaster has a causal relationship or cause and effect that makes the teacher as a professional educator to realize the objectives of the madrasah better. Keterampilan Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah Dalam Pengelolaan Guru Dan Karyawan

This article is aimed to describe school principals’ leadership skill in managing teachers and employees. To manage teachers and employees, school principals are in need of leadership skill to manage, coordinate, and encourage them to have active role, become creative, innovative, and productive in improving education quality. The study is performed as a library research adopting qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data analysis is run through interrelated processes of data collection, data processing, and data analysis. Result of study indicated that to become a successful school principal in managing teachers and employees, it requires: 1) skill to organize and encourage teachers and employees, 2) skill to nourish teachers and employees’ self-confidence, 3) skill to improve teachers and employees professionalism, 4) skill to build a solid and strong team work, and 5) skill to drive teachers and employees to achieve school goals.

Kepemimpinan Profetik Islam Oleh Kepala Madrasah

This study was designed to describe: (1) the leadership style by the principal of madrasah; (2) responses of the madrasah community about the leadership by the principal of madrasah; (3) characteristics of Islamic prophetic leadership by the principal of madrasah; and (4) supporting factors and obstacles to Islamic prophetic leadership by the principal of madrasah. This study uses qualitative research by making a case study at MI Muhammadiyah 03 Jogoroto, Jombang Regency. Data collection used in this study using interview techniques, collection, and documentation. In data analysis, the techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study are: (1) Islamic prophetic leadership style by the principal of madrasah; (2) madrasah responded positively to the leadership of the madrasah principal; (3) the characteristics of Islamic prophetic leadership by the principal of madrasah practicing the nature of the leadership of the Apostle (sidiq, amanah, tabligh, and fatonah); And (4) the conducive atmosphere of the madrasa, a sense of togetherness, and high commitment are supporting factors for Islamic prophetic leadership by the madrasah principal, while the inhibiting factors are human limitations and imperfections.

This article aims to describe the strategy of the headmaster in improving the quality of education starting from planning, implementation, monitoring to evaluation. To achieve these objectives, this study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are done through Observation, Interview and Documentation Study.
