2The two concepts of work motivation and job satisfaction and their relationship are the focus of this research. The case study for conducting this research is “Farashian pre-cast concrete company” in which we examine the relationship between the effect of motivational factors on employee job satisfaction in three levels including workers, office staff and managers. The main question of this research is whether motivational factors significantly affect the job satisfaction of Farashian Company employees. In order to gather data, a questionnaire with five-point Likert scale is distributed among the research population who are 100 employees of the company. Linear regression is used for testing the relationship between motivational factors and job satisfaction and TOPSIS technique to rank the motivational factors in three job levels. An Empirical Study of Employees’ Motivation and its Influence Job Satisfaction
Human Resource Management is getting more important in the business nowadays, because people and their knowledge are the most important aspects affecting the productivity of the company. One of the main aspects of Human Resource Management is the measurement of employee satisfaction. Companies have to make sure that employee satisfaction is high among the workers, which is a precondition for increasing productivity, responsiveness, quality, and recognitionservice. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the level of employee satisfaction and work motivation. It also deals with the effect the culture has on employee satisfaction. The theoretical framework of this thesis includes such concepts as, job satisfaction, motivation, and rewards differences. One of the biggest strength of the organization is the relationship and communication between the employees and the managers.
A STUDY ON MOTIVATIONAL FACTORS FOR EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION IN ORGANISATION
This study based on one of the important thing which is necessary for every person’s life that is motivation. Every person’s wants some output in return of their input. If we talk about organisation whether it is some company, factory, college or university the employees their also needs motivation to do work or to perform well in the organisation. The way of motivation is some kind of reward like promotion, increase in the salary, having good relationship with the co-workers, empowerment etc. Motivation is the driving force by which humans achieve their goals It is the inspiration we live and yes breathe for -- inspiriting the spirit of innovation. The main objective of the study is to know the motivational factors that motivate the employees in the organization and to know the satisfaction level of employees with those motivational factors. To achieve the objective of the study 200 respondents has been taken to conduct the study. The questionnaire method is used to collect the data. The non-probability convenient sampling technique is used in the study. There are some findings and suggestion of the study which has been discussed.
Ways and characteristics of employee motivation in modern conditions

An effective human resource management system is a crucial factor for all organizations and institutions. In the light of modern development, it is obvious that improving the quality of service and gaining public trust is impossible without motivating employees, evaluating their performance, clearly defining duties and building an organizational culture. It should bo noted that Georgian companies lack well-defined human resource management policy. Moreover, in most cases it is limited to administrative procedures and is considered as an operational activity, despite the fact that everyone understands the importance of each employee in achieving organizational success. Among the various ways to achieve organizational goals, one of the most important is to increase employee motivation. Increasing employee productivity depends on proper choice of the form of motivation and its wise use. If a manager meets the expectations of all employees, in this case, employee motivation increases. which means that the level of employee satisfaction is high and the organizational goal will be fully achieved. All of the above and other important issues are researched and scientifically analyzed in this paper.
Management and Administrative Sciences Review Factors Affecting Employee Motivation
The present study investigated factors affecting the motivation among bank employees in Arsanjan. The population under study included all bank employees, of whom 50 employees were included randomly in the research sample. The instrument used to collect the data was Job Motivation Questionnaire. In addition, the collected data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics such as Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of the study indicated that there is a significant relationship between social needs, job interest, self-efficacy, satisfaction, communication skills, job promotion, power, physiological needs, wages, and job motivation. Besides, it was noted that social needs have the strongest factor in predicting job motivation.

Employee motivation is considered as a force that drives the employees toward attaining specified goal and objectives of the organization. Now days it is one of the sizzling issue in organizations since every wants to make best use of their financial and human resources. Our Purpose of this study is basically to identify that what kind of factors influence employ motivation in Pakistan and up to which extent motivation affects the employee performance. Two preceding factors influence the employ motivation. By using self-administered questionnaires we collected data from our 150 respondents. For regression analysis we entered all that that data into SPSS and do analysis also. Results of our study show significant relationship of employ motion and employ performance. Our study is a vital source for the national and international HR personnel’s to collect information how different factors effect employee motivation and performance.

Human Resource is considered main asset in an organisation because the employees are the one that will contribute in productivity of the organization. Motivation and performance of the employees are crucial in determining the the effectiveness of an organization. Many factors affect employee performance in the long run. This paper will evaluate and identify the factors that influence employees’ performance. This paper aims to analyze four factors which are, working environment, motivation, personal problem and training. The data has been presented in the form of frequency tables and the histogram chart. Employee motivation at work place is an important area in human resource management that contributes to the performance of the employees. Many organizations are planning new strategies and ways in order to safeguard their employees. Better motivators at work place makes the employees feel satisfied and put more efforts to increase the productivity and profitability of the company.
