Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ransum mengandung bungkil inti sawit fermentasi (BISF) dengan Bacillus cereus V9 terhadap kualitas fisik daging ayam broiler. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 25 Agustus 2020 sampai dengan tanggal 30 September 2020 di Laboratorium pusat dan terpadu, Laboratorium Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Jambi dan kandang Farm Fakultas Peternakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) terdiri dari 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Susunan perlakuan yang diterapkan adalah R0 = 0% BISF, R1= 10% BISF, R2= 15% BISF, R3= 20% BISF, R4= 25% BISF, R5= 30% BISF. Peubah yang diamati dalam penilitian ini adalah pH, susut masak, dan daya ikat daging ayam broiler. ABSTRACT. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh optimalisasi penggunaan Bungkil Inti Sawit/Bungkil Inti Sawit Fermentasi dalam ransum terhadap bobot potong, karkas, persentase karkas, bobot lemak abdominal, potongan dan persentase komersil karkas serta kualitas daging ayam SenSi-1 Agrinak umur 10 minggu. Penelitian menggunakan RAL: 6 perlakuan 5 ulangan, ulangan: 3 ekor ayam SenSi-1 Agrinak. Perlakuan pakan penelitian: P0 (kontrol), P1 = BIS 40% , P2 = BIS 30% + BISF 10%, P3 = BIS 20% + BISF 20%, P4 = BIS 10% + BISF 30%, P5 = BISF 40%. Addition of Palm Enzymes in with Different Variations in Chicken Performance of Undergraduate. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving palm oil enzymes to the weight gain of broiler chickens. the consumption of broiler chicken feed. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pemberian larutan gula kelapa dan jus umbi bit terhadap bobot usus halus, proventrikulus dan ventrikulus anak ayam broiler. Penelitian ini menggunakan 195 ekor anak ayam umur sehari (DOC) strain cobb unsexed yang menggunakan rancangan dasar acak lengkap dengan 5 perlakuan 3 kali ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari T0: kontrol dengan air minum biasa, T1: diberi larutan gula kelapa 1%, T2: diberi jus umbi bit 1%, T3: diberi larutan gula kelapa 2%, dan T4: diberi jus umbi bit 2%. Pemberian larutan gula kelapa dan jus umbi bit diberikan sebagai air minum. Pengambilan sampling ayam satu ekor dari setiap perlakuan pada hari ke 2, 3, dan 4. Ayam dikorbankan kemudian dibedah, organ usus halus, proventrikulus, dan ventrikulus diambil dan ditimbang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian 1% ataupun 2% gula kelapa maupun jus umbi bit meningkatkan bobot usus halus ayam pada umur 4 hari saja.

Persentase Karkas, Bagian Karkas dan Lemak Abdominal Broiler dengan Suplementasi Andaliman (Zanthoxylum acanthopodium DC) di Dalam Ransum

This research aimed to seen the percentage of carcass, commercial carcass dan percentage abdominal fats of broiler with supplementation of andaliman (Zanthoxylum acanthopodium DC.) in the diet. The experiment used 80 day old chicken (CP 707 strain) production by Charoen Phokphan Indonesia. The experimental chicken was provided dietary when they were 3-days old (initial body wight of 71.63±3.12 g/bird) and terminated on day 30. A completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatment dan four replications and five birds in each replication was used in this experiment. Dietary treatment was: P1= Control diet + 0% andaliman (Zanthoxylum acanthopodium DC.); P2= control diet + 0.25% andaliman (Zanthoxylum acanthopodium DC.); P3= control diet + 0.50% andaliman (Zanthoxylum acanthopodium DC.); P4= control diet + 0.75% andaliman (Zanthoxylum acanthopodium DC.). variables measured were percentage of carcass, commercial carcass and percentage abdominal fats of broiler. The results showed that supplementation of andaliman (Zanthoxylum acanthopodium DC.) in the diet not significant (P>0.05) to the percentage of carcass dan commercial carcass. Supplementation andaliman of 0.75% produced the same percentage of carcass dan commercial carcass as than of control diet. The percentage of carcasses producef in the research was 57.83±3.72% to 60.03±1.77%. However, andaliman supplementation in the diet significantly (P<0.05) to the percentage of abdominal fat. The percentage of abdominal fat research was 0.46±0.06% to 0.83±0.06%. The conclusion of this study was supplementation 0f 0.75% andaliman produced the hight percentage of carcass dan commercial carcass as than of control diet, and increased percentage of abdominal fat broiler chicken.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedelai fermentasi dalam ransum ayam broiler terhadap persentase karkas dan bobot organ dalam. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dusun Lebak Jati, Desa Cileles, Jatinangor, Sumedang, Jawa Barat, 45363 pada bulan Februari-Maret 2023. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 ekor ayam broiler dengan strain Cobb yang berusia 1 hari. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode eksperimental dengan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), yang terdiri atas perlakuan yaitu P0 (ransum tanpa penggunaan kedelai fermentasi), P1 (penggunaan kedelai fermentasi 10% dalam ransum), P2 (penggunaan kedelai fermentasi 20%), dan P3 (penggunaan Kedelai fermentasi 30% dalam ransum). CARCASS AND ABDOMEN FAT PERCENTAGES IN BROILERS FED RATION COMBINED WITH HERBAL DAN ZINC MINERAL Study was done to evaluate carcass quality of broilers fed ration combined with herbal and zinc mineral. Hundred broilers were randomly divided into four treatments with five replications in each treatment. Each unit was placed five day old chicks. Treatments were consisted of basal ration (R1), basal ration added with 1.5 % of turmeric and 180 ppm of Zinc (R2), basal ration added with 2.5 % of white onion and 180 ppm of Zinc (R3), and basal ration added with anti biotic (R4). Results showed that combination of herbal and zinc mineral affected significantly the carcass and abdomen fat in broilers. Therefore, it can be concluded that combinations of turmeric or white onion and zinc mineral produced ideal carcass and abdomen fat in broilers. Interval Waktu Penambahan Ampas Mengkudu (Morinda citrifolia L.) dalam Ransum terhadap Performans Ayam Broiler

The research using Completely Randomized Design with 3x2 factorial arrangement and 4 replicated. Dose of Morinda citrifolia by product (T) that is 0 g/kg (T0); 0.50 g/kg (T1); 0.75 g/kg (T2) and 1.00 g/kg (T3) as first factor and time interval that is continue (A1) and 1 week interval (A2) as second factor. The performance parameters observed were : feed intake, body weight and small intestine measure. The result showed that no significant effect of time interval and interaction between time interval with Morinda citrifolia by product dose (p>0.05) on feed intake and small intestine measure. The addition dose of Morinda citrifolia by product increased (p<0.05) body weight, there was interaction (p<0.05) between time interval and Morinda citrifolia by product dose on body weight.

Pemberian Ransum dengan Protein dan Kalsium Mikropartikel Ditambah Lactobacillus acidophilus atau acidifier terhadap Ketahanan Tubuh dan Bobot Karkas Broiler

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of dietary microparticles protein and calcium with addition of probiotics Lactobacillus acidophilus or acidifier on lymphoid organ weight, heterophyl-lymphocyte (H/L) ratio and carcass weight of broiler chickens. A total of 160 broiler chickens of 15-day old (body weight was 343.53 ± 9.57g) were used in this experiment. The treatments applied were T0: (21% standard protein feed), T1: (18% intact protein feed + 1.2 ml Lactobacillus acidophilus (10 8 cfu / ml), T2: (18% intact protein feed + 1.2% citric acid), T3: (18% microparticle protein feed + 1.2 ml Lactobacillus acidophilus (10 8 cfu / ml), and T4: (18% microparticle protein feed + 1.2% citric acid). The relative weights of lymphoid organs (bursa fabricius, thymus, spleen), H/L ratio and carcass weight were parameters measured. The present study was assigned in a completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 4 replications (8 broilers each). The data were analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA) at 5% probability level and completed with Duncan test. The results showed that feed added with citric acid as acidifier (T4) significantly (P <0.05) increased relative thymus weight (0.22%), bursa fabricius (0.18%) and spleen (0.30%), with the highest carcass weight was in T0 (1079.50 g), but no effect on H / L ratio. In conclusion, microparticle-composed feed containing 18% protein added with acidifier can maintain immune status based on the H/L ratio, and increases relative bursa and thymus weights, but reduces carcass weight.

Pengaruh Penggunaan Tepung Limbah Wortel (Daucus Carrota L) Dalam Ransum Terhadap Perfoma Ayam Broiler (The Effect of Waste carrot Product (Daucus Carrota L) Powder in The Diet on Broiler Chickens Performance)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk limbah tepung wortel (Daucus carota. L) dalam pakan terhadap performa ayam broiler. Manfaat penelitian dapat memberikan informasi tentang pemanfaatan produk limbah wortel sebagai pakan ayam broiler. Bahan yang digunakan untuk peternakan ayam broiler pada umur 7 hari dengan berat badan awal (181,40 ± 11,31 g). Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan, masing - masing unit percobaan terdiri dari enam ekor chikens. Perlakuannya adalah penggunaan produk limbah bubuk wortel dalam kadar: T0 (0%), T1 (2%), T2 (4%), dan T3 (6%). Parameter yang diukur adalah intake pakan, rasio bobot badan dan rasio konversi pakan (FCR). Data dianalisis dengan analisis varians F test, jika ada pengaruh yang signifikan pada perlakuan dilanjutkan uji Duncan.
