Most industries have begun adapting mobile technology in their daily work included health domain. A group of clinical toxinology experts intend to adopt the mobile technology to provide the consultation services remotely. Current practice of the consultation service is using the communication application available in market which has limitation and not suitable in their context. Thus, a specific newly design mobile application should be developed for their case. To generate mobile applications and services that meet the user's expectations, the development of applications that emphasize user experience (UX) factor needs to be implemented. UX factors are heavily depending on the different user, system, context and temporal factors. There is lack of research of UX factors in the mobile health domain especially in the remote envenomation consultation mobile application. Therefore, the purpose and scope of this research is to identify UX factors from the perspective of system components for this type of mobile application. This paper gathered the UX definition, UX factor and UX model from the previous researches. The UX factors finding process included literature review and discussion with the clinical toxinology experts. UX factors have been identified and matched with the remote consultation mobile application context. At the end, we have derived a UX model for the remote envenomation consultation mobile application case. The UX model included four product features and seven UX factor. Product features involved information quality, user interface design, functionality and data visualisation. Whereas seven UX factor involved usefulness, effectiveness, efficiency, ease of use, aesthetic, trustworthy and stimulation. The presented UX Model contained specific factor for remote envenomation consultation mobile application. It can be a reference to develop a mobile application to meet the context and user expectation for the remote consultation case.

Paramenides : web-based expert system for problem solving and diagnosis
2009
An expert system is both a computer program for storing knowledge (or human expertise), and for reasoning about knowledge to come up with conclusions. Human experts have various limitations:-they can die, retire, are relatively scarce, suffer from moods, cannot always explain their reasoning, and others. An expert system has all the benefits of a computer program: easily reproduced, able to cater for a large number of users, is permanent, etc. Since human experts do not reason in discrete logic (true or false), the expert system must be able to reason under uncertainty. The Internet contains a huge repository of information that is largely unstructured. The aim of Paramenides is to combine the power of the Internet and expert systems into a global repository of human expertise in which knowledge is stored in a structured manner which can be used for reasoning on problem-solving and diagnosis. It is available publicly via the Internet to reach out to a global user-base, and is freely accessible to anyone.
Consultation Services Using IVR Telephony Based on Expert System Perspective
This paper aims to develop consulting services using telephone. Consultation mechanisms conduct questions and answers by using interactive voice response (IVR) based on expert system approach. A decision tree model is selected to represent the knowledge base of expert system, because it is possible to provide such scenario of interaction. This representation illustrates a multilevel structure, from the initial state with the first question until the final state as a decision or a conclusion. Furthermore, the knowledge base is mapped into a database that can be accessed by applications. Some fields of database tables contain a location of the voice files. This application will play the question voice files and receive answers (tone code from phone keypad) of users for each state in its path to reach a decision or conclusion that is played to the user. In accordance with the testing indicated by the monitoring application and experts' justification, the system is able to trace the path in a predetermined interaction consultation.
A Fully Web Oriented Expert System Tool
A knowledge based system is an Artificial Intelligence program, whose benefits depend more on the explicit presence of a body of knowledge than the possession of ingenious computational procedures to solve a problem and (Gómez, A.; Juristo, N.; Montes, C. & Pazos, J., 1997,). An expert system is a knowledge based system that represents the experience of a qualified person in a restricted area.

Diabetes is the single most important metabolic disease, which can affect nearly every organ system in the body. It has been projected that 300 million individuals would be afflicted with diabetes by the year 2025. In India, it is estimated that this deadly disease affects presently 19.4 million individuals. The figure is likely to go up to 57.2 million by the year 2025. However, access to medical care is sometimes very difficult for people living in rural and underserved areas. They have to trek long distances for a medical diagnosis. Even if medical facilities are available in urban areas, due to lack of time due to work schedule, time taken to go in for this comprehensive procedures of getting appointment and spending a whole day in the labs for screening are a woeful experience for many and in some cases, the elderly people may have no one to take them to the hospital for screening. We propose a medical network based on state-of-the-art medical kiosk that addresses the problems of providing preventive and diagnostic health care. The patients can directly enter and can be screened for diabetics with all the necessary tests that are fully automated. The web centric diabetic expert system runs on a Tele health server and is connected to the kiosk through the WWW. Based on the symptoms, tests taken and previous history of the patient, a prescription is generated by the expert system that is also sent to a hospital where the doctor is online. Any changes required can be made by the physician in the diagnosis and prescription generated by the expert system and sent to the patient at the kiosk end as a printout. This paper presents the architecture of a web-based telehealth system employing expert system rules to detect for a fully automatic diabetes screening system. Different kinds diabetes and focuses on the architecture of corresponding web applications. The types of diabetes that can be detected with this system are type1, type2 and gestational diabetes. The project was designed and programmed via the dot net framework. The expert rules were developed based on the symptoms of each type of diabetes. The expert system described in this paper is able to detect and give early diagnosis of three types of diabetes namely type 1,2, gestational diabetes for both adult and children.
