Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas proklamasi 45 ABTRACT. The success of a company can be achieved by improving employee performance. To improve employee performance the company must provide motivation or encouragement to employees to perform better by rewarding, recognizing, achieving opportunities, more meaningful work, good working conditions, job security, and salary/wages. From the results of research conducted shows that the motivation of work in the form of Achievement, Recognition, Working Condition, and Wages have a significant influence simultaneously on employee performance. This is evidenced by Fcount greater than Ftable (11.407 > 2.4675). The form of motivation that most affect the employee's performance is Achievement with regression coefficient value of 0.609; and the lowest effect on employee performance is Working Condition with regression coefficient value of 0.305.

Active role of leader and model of leadership fit company needs are extremely necessary. Employees have a desire to be led by a certain person who have vision of explicit goals, understanding how to realize the goals and try to teach them. The role of leader in a corporate is anticipated to create fair sense of employees; characteristics of leader have effects on the working climate in a corporate. Leader anticipated by corporate employees is one with capability to give employees with job satisfaction. The study was designed to examine whether transformational leadership have significant effect on the working job satisfaction. Using sample of PT. Pos Indonesia (Company) Sumedang Subsidiary employees, the data was collected by means of distribution of 64 questionnaires. Based on the simple linear regression analysis used, the findings suggest the transformational leadership have significantly positive effect on the employees’ job satisfaction.

PROPOSAL SKRIPSI HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI DENGAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PT GUDANG GARAM KEDIRI

This research was conducted to determine the effect of relationship and compensation on employee performance at PT Gudang Garam. The population in this study amounted to 25 employees at PT Gudang Garam. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The results of the research are as follows: (1) There is a significant relationship of work motivation to employee performance of PT Gudang garam; (2) There is a significant compensation relationship to employee performance of PT Gudang Garam; and (3) There is significant relation between work motivation and compensation to employee performance of PT Gudang Garam. Between the two variables, motivation has a more dominant relationship to employee performance than compensation. Keywords - Motivation, Compensation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Gudang Garam. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 25 karyawan di PT Gudang Garam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1)Ada hubungan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PTGudang Garam; (2)Ada hubungan signifikan kompensasi terhadapa kinerja karyawan PT Gudang Garam; dan (3) Ada hubungan signifikan motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Gudang Garam. Diantara kedua variabel tersebut, motivasi memiliki hubungan lebih dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan dibandingkan kompensasi. Kata Kunci – Motivasi, Kompensasi, Kinerja karyawan

In a variety of Transformational and Transactional leadership study found to have close links with job satisfaction, which in turn will improve employees performance themselves. In this study used is the conclusive research on the study of experimental or causal research. Retrieval technique of sampling used is non probability sampling. The type of method used is the purposive sampling. The sample used was 150 employees of PT Multi Tohitindo Craft. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The technique used is the analysis of structural equation models with the help of Amos programs.

KONTRIBUSI PERSEPSI TERHADAP KEBISINGAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP STRES KERJA KARYAWAN

When someone decided to work, they must have motivation. Motivation on an employ must be different from one to another which drove them to do their best. On the other hand, job stress can occur in anytime and it caused by manythings like job demand, workload, work environment such as noise, illumination, heat and others. Its interesting for me to see there is a lot of negative impact caused by noises. The aim of this study is to know the contribution of noise perception and work motivation on employee work stress. Method being used on this study is quantitative research. This research are held on PT. Indomobil Suzuki Plant Cakung, Jakarta. Subjects are 60 employee that worked in the area with noise level more than 80db. The result is there is significant contribution from noise perception and work motivation to employee work stress. Noise perception gives a contribution to employee work stress (R²) 0,239 (23%), work motivation is also has contribution to work stress although its only a little amount, the contribution is (R²) 0,089 (9%). Noice perception and work motivation together has contribution to employee work stress,(R²) 0,231 (23%).
