Nowadays, the increasing use of technology has brought with it many dangers and threats. The most important threats of these is cyber bullying. Cyberbullying is all about sending, posting or sharing offensive, negative, harmful, false or malicious content through apps, social media tools, forums, gaming sites, blogs using tools like mobile phones, computers, tablets. People who are cyberbullied are also victims of cyber victimization and experience cyber victimization. Cyber victims can live various negativities during or after cyber bullying. One of them is the decrease of the self-esteem of the victim. The thoughts of victim about himself can be turn negative and his life satisfaction and work satisfaction can decrease. This study aims to determine the effect of self-esteem, which is seen as a negative result of cyber victimization, on job satisfaction. For this purpose, the study determines the internal and external satisfaction levels of the self-esteem of teachers who experience cyber victimization. The sample of the study consists of school teachers that are working at official schools that are affiliated to the Ministry of National Education at Gaziantep province, Şahinbey district. Data of study was obtained by applying the Revised Cyber Bullying Inventory, Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale, Rosenberg Self-Value Scales to this sample group in the Fall semester of the 2019-2020 Academic Year. Disproportionate cluster sampling method was used in sample selection and 500 teachers were reached with this method and data were obtained from 352 of them. Relational screening model was used to determine the effect degree of change between variables. In line with the findings obtained, it is concluded that there is a moderate, positive and significant relationship between the self-esteem levels and internal satisfaction levels and a low, positive and significant relationship between self-esteem levels and external satisfaction levels of teachers who experience cyber victimization. In addition to these, it can be said that the self-esteem of teachers who experience cyber victimization can be a significant predictor of their internal satisfaction and it's not a significant predictor of their external satisfaction.
