Abstract

Abstract Intracerebral microdialysis has become a standard method for neurochemistry studies and is becoming recognized as an important new method for pharmacological studies. The technique permits repeated measurement of drug concentrations in the brain extracellular fluid with minimal disturbance of the neuronal environment.
