Pelatihan Regulasi Emosi Untuk Remaja Harapan Mulya Kemayoran

One of the common social problems in Jakarta is a people chaos and brawl between societies. Some cases that often occured in the Central Jakarta area, most of the motives of residents who participated in the brawl were not certain, and also from which communities or regions they came from. Most of the brawlers are teenagers. Teenagers are in a period of an unstable emotional conditions so that easily provoked to follow brawls without knowing the root of the problem and its consequences. Brawl is a form of mass aggression. One of the factors of drives aggression is the regulation of emotions which are not good and right. Therefore, the intervention model that will be applied to adolescents in community service is group emotional regulation training. This training program is carried out for a full day, including induction and release of negative emotions, sharing knowledge about emotions and regulation, and stimulating positive emotions. The training was given to 17 teenagers from the Harapan Mulya village neighborhood, especially from Forum Remaja (Local Youth Forum). Measurement of emotional changes and the level of aggressiveness is examined by giving pre and post-test before and after training, using the scale of Aggression and VAS. The results of statistical analysis show that the average score of aggressiveness decreased after being given training. It means that the emotion regulation training was effectively reduce the aggressiveness of the adolescence.

The psychological training and mentoring entitled “Harmony from Within” aimed at improving emotion regulation strategies of adolescents at the Narayan Seva Orphanage, Buleleng-Bali. Participants were 22 adolescents ranging from 16 to 20 years old. The methods included seminar, discussion, presentation, and group work. Based on the evaluation conducted, it was found this activity was rated very well by the participants. In addition, there were also differences in emotion regulation scores among the two strategies, namely cognitive reappraisal and the expressive suppression before and after training. As many as 68% of the participants experienced improvement in implementing cognitive reappraisal strategy, and only 27% of participants were finally able to minimize the implementation of expressive suppression strategy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan regulasi emosi ditinjau lama bercerai orangtua pada remaja akhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur pola asuh adalah Emotion Regulation Questionnaire yang terdiri dari Cognitive reappraisal dan Expressive suppression. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 70 orang dengan usia 18 tahun sampai 22 tahun. Metode statistik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data penelitian ini adalah One Way ANOVA dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (p) sebesar 0,742 (p > 0,05). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan regulasi emosi ditinjau lama bercerai orangua pada remaja akhir. This study aimed to improve the subjective well-being on Parents of children with special needs through emotion regulation training. This was a quantitative study with pre-test post-test one group design. The subjects of this study were 12 Parents whose children participated in the early childhood education activities on the RW of Umbulharjo subdistrict. The data collection instruments for this study were well-being scale, observation sheet, and interview guideline. The data analysis technique of this study was Wilcoxon formula to compare the score of pre-test, post-test, and follow-up. The result of this study showed that emotion regulation training could improve subjective well-being on parents of children with special needs. This study can be a reference for the guidance and counseling implementation unit on the university, lecturers, and the counselor to improve emotion regulation for improving subjective well-being on parents of children with special needs. Penelitian mengenai hubungan regulasi emosi orang tua dengan berbagai variabel pada anak telah banyak dilakukan. Namun belum pernah dilakukan penelitian mengenai identifikasi kemampuan orang tua dalam meregulasi emosi khususnya di wilayah Yogyakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kemampuan regulasi emosi orang tua serta strategi yang lebih sering digunakan dalam mengelola emosi dalam mengasuh anak usia dini. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah 53 responden orang tua yang memiliki anak berusia 2-7 tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala regulasi emosi pengasuhan yang dikembangkan peneliti berdasarkan lima strategi regulasi emosi J.J. Gross. This study aims to determine the sicnificance of the relationship between parent attachment and emotional regulation of adolescents Agro "Nuur El-Falah" Islamic Boarding School, Salatiga, Central Java. The subjects of this study were 123 students of the Salatiga Agro "Nuur El-Falah" Islamic Boarding School who were at the high school / vocational high school level. Data collection tools used are the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire by Gross and John (2003) and the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment by Armsden and Greenberg (2009). The analysis used is Pearson Product Moment Correlation analysis using SPSS version 20.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial orangtua dengan regulasi emosi pada siswa kelas VIII MTsN Bawu Jepara. Regulasi emosi adalah usaha yang dilakukan secara sadar atau tidak sadar dalam memonitor, mengevaluasi, dan memodifikasi emosi, sehingga mampu mengekspresikan emosi sesuai dengan lingkungannya. Dukungan sosial orangtua adalah persepsi seorang anak terhadap dukungan sosial yang diterima dari orangtua secara moril serta materil dimana dukungan tersebut membuat anak merasa berharga dan dicintai oleh orangtuanya. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional regulation therapy to reduce anxiety in pregnant women, especially in the area of the Gondokusuman II Yogyakarta Public Health Center. The subjects in this study were eight pregnant women who experienced anxiety in the medium and high categories. The data collection method used in this research uses the method of observation, interviews, group discussion forums, and measurements are carried out using quantitative methods, namely by measuring pre and post-test using an anxiety scale in pregnant women. The data analysis technique used a mix of methods, namely quantitative and qualitative methods. Acceleration students faced more pressure and demand than reguler students, their need the ability to regulate their emotion espesially with boarding school system which make student became more independent in solving problem and socializing with other students. The purpose of this research is to know and understand how acceleration student in PPMI Assalam regulate their emotion. This research was done with qualitative methods. The population of acceleration student in PPMI Assalam about 10 (ten) students however acceleration student that can be intervied just 5 (five) because the others have extraculicular or OSIS or other boarding activity is called study of population. The result of this research showed that all acceleration student in PPMI Assalam can regulate their emotion with independent or dependents methods. Acceleration students regulate their emotion with the ability to adapt and communication.
