Stress has become one of the most common terms in everyday language, significant to most of people from every sect of the society. In today's world, stress has become a very serious problem and worldwide phenomenon, which occurs in various forms in every workplace. This article deals with stress its cause and effect on thoughts, feelings and behavior especially for Police constables. The present study was conducted on 100 Police constables between 40-50 years age taken from different Police stations of Patna district. The study was based on pre and post intervention with follow-up assessment design and selection of the subject was purposive sampling. Socio-demographic and Clinical Data Sheet, Eysenck's Personality Questionnaire, Perceived stress scale, Self instruction Training Schedule tools used for assessment.
