This research aims to know the influence of profitability, dividend policy, leverage and firm size on firm value. The object of this research is manufacturing firms which listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2013-2016. Sample selection technique uses purposive sampling technique with 23 firm sample. The methods of analysis used in this study is a multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing used in this research is the t test analysis, and F test analysis. The results showed that the profitability has a positif effect and significantly to the firm value. While dividend policy and firm size have a positif effect and are not significant to the firm value. Profitability should be noticed because it can be a positive signal for investors who have an impact on the firm value.
