Abstract
Entrepreneurial orientation is important factors needed by small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to face environmental challenges in a dynamic and competitive business world achieve business performance. This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance. The research sample of 117 culinary SMEs. Data was collected through a survey by distributing questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using structural equation modeling with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that of entrepreneurial orientation had a significant positive effect on business.
