Manajemen Program Bahasa Arab Dalam Pelaksanaan Wajib Berbahasa

Compulsory Arabic is a program to improve students' language skills. Pesantren creates an Arabic-speaking environment so that students can hone their active Arabic language skills. However, in its implementation, the average student still tends to use Indonesian in their daily lives. To continue to run an effective Arabic environment, pesantren caregivers apply management functions in implementing the program, so that students have active Arabic language skills. This study aims to describe management functions related to planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating Arabic language programs. The research approach uses qualitative. Increased professionalism of teachers with the training and development should also be managed properly in order to function well against the individual, organization, or society. Keberhasilan sebuah lembaga pendidikan tidak bisa dilepaskan dari peran seorang guru sebagai sumber daya yang profesionalismenya harus dikembangkan dan ditingkatkan. Kemampuan berkomunikasi interpersonal, baik secara aktif maupun pasif bisa diibaratkan as the core of the bahasa Arab, dan begitu juga bahasa-bahasa lain. Namun, fakta berbicara, kurikulum-kurikulum bahasa Arab Madrasah atau pondok pesantren di Indonesia, ternyata sebagian besar masih berorientasi pada pembelajaran bahasa Arab preskriptif bukan deskriptif dan kurang concern terhadap fenomena bahasa Arab yang dewasa ini berkembang pesat dengan segala bentuk transformasi kosakata, maupun pemakaiannya. This research presents an in-depth analysis of challenges and opportunities in Arabic language education, with a focus on a global perspective. Arabic plays a crucial role on the international stage, serving not only as a religious language but also as a language of culture, science, and administration. However, Arabic language education in various countries faces several challenges that can impact the quality of learning and student comprehension. This literature review investigates some key challenges in Arabic language education, including non-aligned curricula, insufficient learning resources, and issues in developing Arabic language skills. Meanwhile, the research also highlights opportunities that can be utilized to enhance Arabic language education, such as the use of innovative educational technology, inter-institutional collaboration, and the promotion of cultural exchange programs. By analyzing various concepts and findings in related literature, this research provides profound insights into the global conditions of Arabic language education. By understanding the challenges faced and leveraging existing opportunities, effective strategies can be formulated to improve the quality of Arabic language education worldwide. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more holistic and sustainable Arabic language education policies, as well as motivate practical steps to enhance the teaching and learning of Arabic globally.

Implikasi Manajemen Program Bahasa Arab dalam Mencetak Lulusan Unggul

Good program management refers to each function that has a role in improving the quality and quantity of the program. From some of its functions can have positive implications on the development of students of Arabic in accordance with the vision and mission set by an institution. Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 1 Plus Malang has several Arabic programs that can support student achievement and the program is packaged in an educational, constructive, and productive management. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to look for implications of the functions of Arabic program management consisting of planning, organizing, implementing, controlling, and evaluating. From several implications it was found that the terminology and commitment of Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 1 Plus Malang to the Arabic language program was able to deliver its graduates to become excellent and competent graduates to compete in the Arabic language field.
