Üniversite Öğrencilerinde Geleneksel Okçuluk Eğitim Uygulamalarının Fiziksel (original) (raw)
Traditional archery sport requires long-term focus, concentration, and motivation, a correct posture, a certain level of flexibility, strength, and endurance to provide good performance in training, practice, and competitions. In this context, the research aims to examine the effects of traditional archery on physical parameter variables in Bayburt University students. The study group had 10 women who had not received traditional archery training before, with a mean height (169.15 ± 7.31) cm, mean age (20.85 ± 1.26), and year body weight (59.93 ± 9.15) kg. (50%), 10 male (50%) students. As part of the study, these students were given traditional archery training for 8 weeks, 3 days a week. Right-and left-hand students 'hand-grip force' and leg strength back, finger grip strength, body weight, body mass index measurements pre-test, and post-test were taken before and after training 8 weeks old as traditional archery. As a result of the study, a statistically significant difference was found between the pre-test and final Test values related to the analysis results of the finger grip strength-right hand and back leg strength variables of female participants. (p<0.05). On the other hand, it was found that there were no significant differences in the parameters of handgrip force right hand, hand grip force-left hand (p>0.05). A statistically significant difference was found between the pre-test and final-test values of the analysis results of the finger grip force-right hand variable of male participants (p<0.05). On the other hand, there were no significant differences in the parameters of handgrip force-right hand, hand grip force-left hand, and back leg strength (p>0.05). As a result, it can be said that traditional archery training practices are effective training types on the change of physical parameters of university students.
