Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada HokBen Citra Garden Jakarta Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan keadaan responden serta deskripsi variabel penelitian dalam tabel frekuensi dan presentase dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner tersebut dengan melalui prosedur analisis data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji signifikansi t, uji signifikansi f, koefisien korelasi dan koefisien determinasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengentahui gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. The purpose of this research is to comprehend the influence of leadership and compensation toward employee performance of PT. Karya Satria Bekasi. The used method is analysis descriptive method. Population in this research is 71 office employees and field employees. Data analysis technique exerts double regression with SPSS Program. If it is observed partially, the result is that leadership and compensation variable affect significantly to employee performance of PT. Karya Satria Bekasi, and jointly leadership and compensation affect the performance. Leadership contribution is 50,1%, and the rest 49,9 % is influenced by another factor. Leadership and compensation variable can be used in regression model to predict employee performance.

This study aims at describing and analyzing the effect of compensation and work discipline toward employees’ work performance especially the production division of PT. Candana Putra Nusantara. This study was conducted by distributing questionnaire to 100 respondents by using Total Sampling Method. The analysis technique applied was range scale and double linear regression. This study was conducted to examine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri. The research method used is a quantitative method with the use of primary and secondary data. The population and sample are 50 respondents, who are employees of PT Putra Abadi Jaya Mandiri. The result of this study is that compensation has an effect on increasing performance by 2.7%. Partial hypothesis test obtained t arithmetic > t tabel or (1.144> 2.011), this is reinforced by the significance of P value t tabel or (5,470>2,011), this is reinforced by the significance of P value F tabel or (1,308 < 2,800), this was also strengthened by the significance (0.000 < 0.05). Many factors have an impact toward high and low performance of employees in private companies. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Kodeco Agrojaya Mandiri Kebun 1 Danau Biru Estate Saring Sungai Bubu Village, Kusan Hilir District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. Research Methods using correlational research. Types of data are primary and secondary data using questionnaires and documentation. The total population is 547 people. With the number of respondents 137 employees of PT. Kodeco Agrojaya Mandiri Kebun 1 Danau Biru Estate Saring Sungai Bubu Village, Kusan Hilir District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. Research results show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. So, if motivation is carried out and applied properly by all employees, the employee's performance will also increase. Work discipline also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. So, if the employee has a high level of discipline in the work then the performance will also be achieved optimally. Motivation and work discipline simultaneously have an influence on employee performance. So the higher the motivation and the employee's discipline, the employee's performance will increase.

Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia (STIESIA) Surabaya ABSTRACK Employees' performance becomes one of the important aspects in company. Therefore, it needs great effort or supporting factors such as motivation, work dicipline and compensation in order to increase that aspects. Therefore, this research aimed to examine the efect ot motivation, work dicipline and compensation on employees' performance. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used probability sampling, in which all indiviudals within population either separately or in group were given the same opportunity to be sample. In line with, there were 56 employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, branch office Jemursari Surabaya. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS. The research result concluded motivation had positive and significant effect on employees' performance. On the other hand, work discipline had negative and insignificant effect on employees' perfomance. In contrast, compensation had positive but insignificant effect on empolyees' performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, branch office Jemursari Surabaya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Misaja Mitra Factory Pati, sampel yang digunakan adalah 91 responden dari populasi 1012 karyawan dengan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu yaitu pengambilan sampel secara sengaja sesuai dengan kriteria yang di tentukan oleh peneliti, yang sudah bekerja di atas 3 tahun. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, kompetensi dan kinerja. The purpose of this study was to analyze the partial and simultaneous effect of leadership style, communication and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Astra Bima Branch. This study used a census sample technique, namely the entire population of 53 employees of PT. Astra Branch Bima was used as the research sample. The instrument of this research was a questionnaire using a Likert scale, and before being used to collect data, the validity and reliability tests were carried out, then the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
