The Effect Of Compensation, Work Environment And Leadership On Employee Job Satisfaction Regional Development Planning Board Musi Banyuasin Regency

This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous compensation factors, work environment factors and leadership factors on employee job satisfaction of The Regional Development Planning Board of Musi Banyuasin Regency. This research is a causality research. The population of this research is the employees of Bappeda of Musi Banyuasin Regency, totaling 107 people. The number of samples of 85 people is determined by using the Slovin formula. Samples were selected using the accidental sampling technique. The data were collected by using questionnaire method and analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research showed that (1) the compensation factor had an effect on employee job satisfaction with tcount (4,026)> ttabel (1,666), (2) work environment factor influenced on job satisfaction employee with tcount (3,722)> ttabel (1,666), (3) leadership factor influencing employee job satisfaction with tcount (2,341)> ttable (1,666). While the influence of simultaneous compensation factor, work environment factor and leadership factor to employee job satisfaction with value Fcount (3,861)> Ftabel (2,72), (4) magnitude of influence of compensation factor, work environment factor and leadership factor to job satisfaction of employee is 71.6%, which is indicated by the value of determination coefficient (R Square) of 0.716.

The purposes of this research are to analyze the effect of compensation, motivation and work environment on performance; to analyze the influence of compensation, motivation and work environment on job satisfaction; to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on performance; and to analyze the influence of compensation, motivation and work environment on performance through job satisfaction as the intervening variable. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Putra Sejahtera Mandiri Vulkanisir. This research was conducted at PT. Putra Sejahtera Mandiri Vulkanisir which lasted for six months, starting from January 2020 to June 2020 where from March to May there was a stop of research due to the covid-19 virus. This research uses the quantitative associative method with structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis tools with the Warppls 7.0 software. The sampling technique used is proportional stratified random sampling using the slovin formula. Respondents of this study were employees at PT. Putra Sejahtera Mandiri Vulkanisir as many as 98 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire to collect data on the variables of compensation, work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance. Descriptive analysis results for compensation, work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. Putra Sejahtera Mandiri Vulkanisir is in the good category. Based on SEM analysis, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Putra Sejahtera Mandiri Vulkanisir. The contribution of the compensation, work environment and job satisfaction explains the employee performance variable of 0.783 or 78.3%. The remaining 0.217 or 21.7% is influenced by other independent variables not examined in this study.

The data used in this research is the primary data obtained directly from the results of a questionnaire distribution by the respondent. The population of this research is the employees of the PDAM Tirtanadi of North Sumatera province Berastagi branch. The millennial generation makes up around 38% of the total workforce in Indonesia. This generation will replace the previous generation in the workforce. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation and job stress on job performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable for millennial generation employees. This study uses a sample of millennial generation employees who work in DKI Jakarta area. The research was conducted by using a questionnaire in the form of data and variable analysis in accordance with the hypothesized relationship and processed using the AMOS-21 program. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a negative effect on job performance, but has a positive effect on job satisfaction. While job stress has a negative effect on job satisfaction, but has a positive effect on job performance. Meanwhile job satisfaction has a positive effect on job performance. From the research, it showed that the variables which have a positive effect on job performance on millennial generation employees are job stress and job satisfaction variables.

Empowering employees who work in the provincial education office of East Kalimantan, is truly a great program. Their work is truly honorable. The teacher is an unmarked hero. The performance of its employees is an important part of the success of a business or organization. Explanatory research is used to analyses a conceptual framework with factors that determine the performance of employees. Primary Data is collected using a survey method with direct or indirect interviews with respondents. The results of the study of this Model are satisfactory. The latent variables of the employee's performance are also endogenous variables, which can be explained by the latent variables. Employee empowerment, employee effica-cies, people who fit in the organization, as well as the latent variable of employee satisfaction, which acts as an exogenous variable, amounting to 52.7% and other findings, is a variable of employee satisfaction is a variable of mediation partial.

Effect of Compensation, Career Development on the Performance of Employees Through Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variable (Case Study at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri in Indonesia)

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, career development on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The object of this study was 54 respondents who filled out the questionnaire, with non-probability sampling techniques or saturated techniques.
