Abstract

The article addresses the issue of tolerance through the prism of individual and collective rights. In the era of spiritual relativism there are some possible ways to regulate the difference, denoted conditionally as outnomy, pronomy, antinomy and hipernomy. The focus is on the strategy which most closely corresponds to the current tasks of law in its relation to the ethical concepts of good and evil.
