Abstract

Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous among independent board, board of directors, and audit committee financial performance at a pharmaceutical company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study is a pharmaceutical company listed on the Indonesia n Stock Exchange 2011-2015. Samples numbered 7 companies were taken by purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using the method of documentation. The analysis technique used is: classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed that simultaneously there is influence between variables independent board, the board of directors and audit committee on the financial performance. Partially only independent board that influence financial performance.
