Analysis of 2D Digital Holography using Synthesized Holograms

Abstract

An algorithm to generate synthesized holograms is described, and the results are validated by comparing them with an experiment. The system’s axial resolution is analyzed using the algorithm as an example of the algorithm’s capabilities.
