Metode Komunikatif dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Maharah Al-Kalam di Kelas Bahasa Center for Languages and Academic Development (original) (raw)
Maharah al-kalam is a skill that is productive in nature, conveying information to others in the form of language sounds. To implement it, we need an appropriate method, that is the communicative method. At the Faculty of Islamic Studies (FAI), there is a language center institution intended for teaching and developing foreign languages, including Arabic language, the institution is called CELAD. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this study consists of 5 tutors of CELAD and the object consists of students from of FAI, including PAI, EKIS, PIAUD and PBSy totaling 327 students. The conclusion of this study is that the Arabic learning of CELAD FAI UIR uses the communicative method, which emphasizes on students' activeness in speaking, its implementation places more emphasis on oral practice than written practice, and the students memorize mufradats (vocabulary) then put them into practice. The learning process is very creative, innovative and fun so that the students can be fluent and proficient in Arabic. The factors that influence are Leaders (Policy), Tutors (Methods), Students (Motivation), Modules (Textbooks).
