Motivation, leadership and workplace discipline are three of several factors that are regarded to have relatively great influence on the performance of employees of PT Integrated Injakayu Terpadu, Gunung Putri Bogor. To investigate the effect, the present research aimed to determine the influence of motivation, leadership and working discipline on the performance of the employees of the company. The study was conducted by taking 70 employees as a research sample which was an proportional to a total population of 230 employees. Employee performance is the result of work that strongly relates to the company’s strategic goals. The company’s performance is largely determined by its human resources. Supposing that the employees have good discipline and a sense of security and convenience in the work environment; consequently improve employee performance. Human Resources (HR) is the most vital resource that determines the success of a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline and work discipline on employee work performance. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using the method of saturated sampling technique with a sample of 40 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test. Researchers took the object at the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Medan, the reason for choosing the object was due to a decrease in employee performance at the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Medan. Employee supervision occurs because discipline in terms of punctuality is still not optimal because employees still often arrive late and the lack of attention from the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Medan which results in a sense of dissatisfaction for employees. The research method used by the researcher is a quantitative approach, the type of research is descriptive quantitative and the nature of the research is descriptive explanatory. The populations of this study were all employees who worked at the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Medan, amounting to 123 people. The sampling technique used a saturated sample in which 123 employees were from the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Medan. The method of data collection was done by questionnaires, and interviews. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination testing simultaneously and partially. The results showed that supervision, discipline and satisfaction simultaneously or partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the coefficient of determination is 33.7%.
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership, discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Sungai Penuh City. This research is motivated by a leadership that is still partial and does not care about the conditions of existing employees, fluctuating work discipline, low employee motivation and unstable performance achievement of employees at the Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Sungai Penuh City. The research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and interviews. Respondents of this study were 43 employees at the Dinas Ketahanan Pangan of Sungai Penuh City, Jambi Province. The sampling method used was the total sampling method in which the entire population in this study was used as the research sample. Hypothesis testing is calculated using the IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program version 25.0. The results of this study found that leadership partially has a significant effect on performance, discipline partially has no significant effect on performance, motivation partially has a significant effect on performance and from the ANOVA test, the value with significance = 0.000 <0.05, with Ftable = 2.840; Fcount> Ftable or 14.553> 2.840,; it can be concluded that leadership, discipline and motivation together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on employee performance at the Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Sungai Penuh City.

Employee performance is one aspect that is a major concern for companies in the current era of globalization. Performance that is expected to produce the best results, so that it is also needed in the banking world needed to get new ones. There are several changing factors that influence the company between other styles, leadership style, motivation, and discipline of work. Based on the above reasons, this study aims to analyze leadership style, motivation and discipline of work towards Bank XYZ employees in the Jatiwaringin Area, with a total of 100 company respondents purposively. The method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style determines the positive and significant effect on motivation and not significant to employee performance on employee discipline of work. Motivation also has a positive and significant impact on discipline of work and employee performance and positive discipline of work, but it is not significant on the performance of Bank XYZ employees in the Jatiwaringin Area.

This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and discipline on employee performance. The independent variables were leadership (X1), motivation (X1) and discipline (X3). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y). This was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at PT Surabaya Marine with employees. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test. Employee performance was strongly influenced by leadership, motivation and discipline.

This research aims to investigate the influence of leadership, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the PT. PELNI Medan Branch. This research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to PT employees at the PELNI Medan Branch as respondents. The research results show that leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. PELNI Medan Branch. Effective leadership, including good communication, decision-making ability, and fairness, is able to provide inspiration and guidance that support employee performance. Motivation has also been proven to have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Motivational factors, such as recognition, career development opportunities, and responsibility, play an important role in increasing employee morale and dedication. Furthermore, work discipline also has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Consistent implementation of company rules and norms can form a structured work environment and support optimal employee performance. This research provides advice to the management of PT. PELNI Medan Branch on how to improve leadership practices, design more effective motivation programs, and increase understanding and application of work discipline. In this way, it is hoped that it can strengthen employee performance, have a positive impact on productivity, and support the achievement of company goals. The implications of this research can provide guidance for similar organizations in improving human resource management and achieving optimal performance.
