Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi atas upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja para karyawan perusahaan wajib agar dapat menjaga keberadaan sumber daya manusia dengan mengefektifkan potensi dan mengefisienkan sumber daya manusia yang telah dimilikinya, dimana salah satu kebijakan yaitu dengan pemberian motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja pada karyawan agar bekerja secara maksimal didalam lingkup perusahaan. Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang simultan antara Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Stars International Surabaya. Secara parsial Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Stars International Surabaya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja yang digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja karyawan yang ada di perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling yang berjumlah 46 responden yaitu karyawan yang ada pada UD.BMM. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan rentang skala. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial, dan variabel yang berkontribusi terbesar dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah motivasi.

Employees represent the resource which play important role in supporting reaching of company efficacy. Therefore, company have to pay attention to the factors influencing employees in working. Good Motivation factor, good environment, appropriate compensation can grow the spirit of high job so that can affect the increase of performance of employees CV. Putra Jaya Sahitaguna, Semarang. This Research aim to know the motivation influence, environmental work, and compensation to employees performance of through spirit job. Sampel in this research is determined with the census approach many as 80 people. Its measurement scale use the scale likert. At data analysis use the simple linear regression test and test the doubled regresi. Research result show the motivate to have an effect on to employee morale of equal to 5,7 gratuity. Environmental work to have an effect on to employee morale of equal to 18,5 gratuity. Compensation have an effect on to employee moraleof equal to 10,4 gratuity.Motivate to have an effect on to employees performance of equal to 5,0 gratuity. Environmental work to have an effect on to employees performance of equal to 12,7 gratuity.Compensation have an effect on to employees performance of equal to 12,2 gratuity. Spirit of job have an effect on to employees performance of equal to 10,9 gratuity. Motivation, environmental work, and compensation to employee moraleof equal to 21,2. Motivation, environmental work the, compensation and employee morale to employees performance of equal to 20,3 gratuity. This research conclude that motivation, environmental work, and compensation have an effect on to employees performance. Companies need to approach the family, consider resting facilities, bathrooms, employee salaries and bonuses.

PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas proklamasi 45 ABTRACT. The success of a company can be achieved by improving employee performance. To improve employee performance the company must provide motivation or encouragement to employees to perform better by rewarding, recognizing, achieving opportunities, more meaningful work, good working conditions, job security, and salary/wages. From the results of research conducted shows that the motivation of work in the form of Achievement, Recognition, Working Condition, and Wages have a significant influence simultaneously on employee performance. This is evidenced by Fcount greater than Ftable (11.407 > 2.4675). The form of motivation that most affect the employee's performance is Achievement with regression coefficient value of 0.609; and the lowest effect on employee performance is Working Condition with regression coefficient value of 0.305.

The purpose of this study is to assess the relationship between work motivation, satisfaction compensation, work environment and employee performance (State Civil Apparatus, ASN) in the organization of the Regional Government of West Jakarta Administrative City.Correlational research based on this survey uses simple random sampling techniques to be used to collect the required data. For the purposes of this case study, a sample of 331 people was selected from the study population, of which 390 respondents were selected from 34 service groups and sections in the West Jakarta administration city administration office. Questionnaires are shared privately with a return rate of 85%. The data collected was analyzed using the Statistical Package for SocialSciences (SPSS) through descriptive statistics and Pearson Product Moment Correlation tests. Evidence of research shows that the elements of motivation, compensation and work environment play an important role in producing positive employees. This is the reason for entrepreneurs to excel in mastering all the important factors that lead to high-performing employees, especially those in government service sectors where performance results are an important issue to be discussed. Data analysis with Pearson correlation coefficient showed a positive relationship between work motivation, compensation, work environment and performance.The findings of this study are very important because they can help organizations and government service sectors to improve employee satisfaction and work performance, especially by adjusting the workplace environment where they will increase the level of their work performance.

Penelitian bertujuan menganilisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kompensasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Sumber Alam Santoso Pratama. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian eksplanatori. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh PT. Sumber Alam Santoso Pratama, yakni berjumlah 46 orang, Semua populasi dijadikan sampel atau menggunakan sensus sampling. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Alat analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, kompensasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki nilai koefisien positif, artinya jika semakin baik motivasi, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja maka kepuasan kerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat. Hasil uji hipotesis membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja, kompensasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Analisis koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa 70.5% kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja, kompensasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja. Sedangkan sisanya 29.5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model atau persamaan, seperti kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan variabel lainnya. Kata Kunci: motivasi kerja, kompensasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja ABSTRACT This research has a purpose to analyze the influence of work motivation, work compensation and work environment on job satisfaction at PT. Sumber Alam Santoso Pratama. This type of research is descriptive quantitative and research design is explanatory. The population in this research is all employees of PT. Sumber Alam Santoso Pratama. The samples used were 46 respondents, using the technique of probability sampling with sensus sampling. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The analysis tool using multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that work motivation, work compensation and work environment have positive coefficient value, meaning that the better motivation, compensation and work environment, the employee's job satisfaction will increase. Result of hypothesis test proved that work motivation, work compensation and work environment partially have an signifikan effect on job satisfaction of employee. Coefficient determination analysis shows that 70,5% of job satisfaction influenced by work motivation, work compensation and work environment. While the remaining 29,5% is influenced by other variables outside the model or equation, like leadership, training and other variables.

This study aims to determine "The Influence of Work Efficiency and Work Motivation Performance of PT.Yuri 8 Sejahtera Bekasi". The population in this study at PT. Yuri 8 Sejahtera Bekasi of 50 people. The analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistical test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, simple correlation test, coefficient of determination test, F test and t test. Based on the results of the study where tcount 4.788 > ttable 1.677 and a significant value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that work efficiency has a positive and significant effect on performance and work motivation variables obtained tcount 1.984 > ttable 1.677 and a significant value of 0.014 <0.05, it can be concluded that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Based on the simple correlation test value of X1 and Y with an R value of 0.762, it can be concluded that there is a strong and positive correlation between work efficiency performance. strong and positive relationship between work motivation and sales performance. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.599, it can be concluded that work efficiency and work motivation affect performance with a value of 59.9%, while 40.1% is influenced by other variables.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, job motivation, and job satisfaction on the employee performance of PT. Jakarta Cakratunggal Steel Mills. Type of research that used in this study is the causal explanatory research, in which the sampling method used is the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling by giving questionnaires to 217 permanent employees on PT. Jakarta Cakratunggal Steel Mills. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20. The result of this study indicate that the transformational leadership style has a positive but not significant effect to the employee performance, job motivation has a positive and significant effect to the employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect to the employee performance of PT. The objectives of research are to understaind the influence variable of leadership style and work motivation in partial and simultaneous to performance employee. Type of this research is Explanatory Research to approach quantitative and questionnaire method. The repondent of this research is the employee of PT. victory International Futures Malang. Technical data analysis by using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The Results of this reaseach is showed to indicated presence significant influence by the simultaneous between variable of the influence leadership stye and variable of work motivation with variable of employee performance. ABTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
