Stres adalah suatu kondisi yang disebabkan oleh pikiran, emosi dan spiritual dan menempati peringkat ke-4 di dunia. Saat mengalami stres perlu adanya kekuatan spiritual untuk membantu seseorang kearah penyembuhan. Memiliki spiritual yang baik dapat membantu individu untuk lebih sabar, perasaan hati tenang, damai dan lebih mudah untuk ikhlas saat menghadapi suatu masalah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual dengan tingkat stres narapidana di Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIA Samarinda. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 180 orang. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa kuesioner dan analisis bivariat yang digunakan yaitu chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan spiritual narapidana terpenuhi dan tingkat stres narapidana berada pada tingkat yang normal. Hasil uji analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara hubungan pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual dengan tingkat stres pada narapidana di Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIA Samarinda (pv = 0,026).

Happy life is everyone's hope, but happiness is influenced by many factors. This study aims to determine the relationship between spiritual intelligence and happiness. The subjects of this study were female inmates at the Class IIA Medan Women's Penitentiary of 186 people. The research data was obtained using a scale of spiritual intelligence and happiness. The data analysis used is Product Moment correlation through SPSS 18 for Windows. The results of data analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.664 and a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). This shows there is a positive relationship between spiritual intelligence and happiness. The results of this study indicate that the contribution given by the variable spiritual intelligence to happiness is 44.1 percent, the rest 55.9 percent is influenced by other factors not examined. This research based on fact that there are heightened of domestic violence victims wowen and level of danger generated at themselves. Besides, this research leave from fact that there are less psychological research concerning domestic violence at women. This research is quantitative perspective with aim to know relation between social support with strategy face the problem at domestic violence victim women and elaborate source and also effective contribution of social support which accepted by domestic violence victim women. These research hypothesis are 1). there is relation between social support with strategy solve the problem at domestic violence victim women 2) there is positive relation between social support with strategy solve the problem which focusing on problem (SMM-M) at domestic violence victim women, and 3) there is negative relation between social support with strategy solve the problem which focusing on emotion (SMM-E) at domestic violence victim women. Research subjects were 34 domestic violence victim women which still stay in matrimony with his husband, have married minimize during 1 obtained year that collected through snowball technique. This Research location is in Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data collecting of this research use enquette method. Result of research shows that all of hypothesis are proven. These are: 1). There is relation between social support with strategy solve the problem at domestic violence victim women 2) there is positive relation between social support with strategy solve the problem which focusing on problem (SMM-M). Besides, these research find that social support sources which most contribute on decision making strategy of domestic violence victim women are child and brother sources. As for contribution of SMM is 55,1 % and for SMM-E 58,5 %.

Human rights are fundamental rights that must be given by the state to its citizens, including prisoners. The granting of these rights must of course be fair and proportional. In this case, for female prisoners who naturally have characteristics that are not possessed by men, namely menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding, it is necessary to fulfill special needs that must be considered for their survival. Corrections in this case need to apply treatment that is in accordance with the needs of female prisoners, so special policies are also needed as the foundation of treatment. However, there is no national regulation in Indonesia that specifically regulates female prisoners. The research method used is literature review, by tracing related research to strengthen research results.
Pemenuhan Hak Pelayanan Kesehatan Umum bagi Narapidana Perempuan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan hak pelayanan kesehatan umum bagi narapidana perempuan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Tulungagung. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kurangnya kepatuhan terhadap pelayanan kesehatan bagi narapidana wanita yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor di antaranya kurangnya ketersediaan tenaga kesehatan secara utuh seperti dokter tetap, psikolog, terapis dan tenaga medis. Untuk itu, Pemerintah belum mengoptimalkan kinerjanya dalam bentuk pemenuhan hak narapidana. Selain itu, perlu adanya kerjasama yang baik antara Pemerintah dan petugas pemasyarakatan supaya hak narapidana dapat terpenuhi dengan dengan baik.

This study aims to determine the effect of social stigma perception and social support on psychological wellbeing on prisoners. perceptions of social stigma and social support as independent variables and psychological well-being of dependent variables. Subjects were 140 prisoners who underwent half of prisoners in prisons class II A kediri with age range 20 to 37 years. The random sampling technique is used as the subject taking method. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and data collection using scale psychological well being scale (PWBS), perceived social stigmatization (STS) and Multidimensional scale of perceived social support (MSPSS). Inmates have a great potential to generate pressures that make them unhappy. This can lead to stress and tend to have a desire to commit suicide. To minimize this they need the ability to look for happiness in order to reduce the negative impact arising from the situation in prisons. There are two factors that affect happiness is internal and external factors. Internal factors, there are 3 (three), namely the satisfaction of the past, optimism about the future, and happiness in the present. External factors are 5 (five), namely social life, religion or religiosity, marriage, money and health. This study used qualitative techniques in analyzing the data. Dukungan Keluarga Dengan Tingkat Stres Narapidana Di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan

ABSTRAK Persepsi masyarakat yang berlebihan pada narapidana memberi efek buruk terhadap kesehatan mental yang mengakibatkan seorang narapidana mengalami stres. Strategi pencegahan stress seorang narapida salah satunya yaitu dukungan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dan tingkat stres narapidana di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Sumatera Utara dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 72 narapida diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner DASS 42 dengan skala tingkat stres dan dukungan keluarga menggunakan kuesioner yang dikembangkan dari teori Friedman dengan 14 pernyataan. Data dianalisis menggunakan chi-square test. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan dukungan keluarga mayoritas tinggi sebanyak 63.9%, tingkat stres responden mayoritas ringan yaitu sebanyak 48,6% dan nilai p-value = 0.000 < α 0,05. Kesimpulannya ada hubungan siginifikan antara dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat kecemasan responden di salah satu Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Sumatera Utara.
