Etude du Comportement Thermique de Modules Photovoltaïques de Technologie Monoverre et Biverre au Silicium Cristallin (original) (raw)
The temperature is a very important parameter and often neglected in the behaviour of the solar cells. Knowing that on 100 % of incident energy, a very small proportion is reflected by the surface of the captor and approximately 13 % is extracted in the form of electric power. Consequently, it is more than 85 % of the incident energy which will have to be dissipated in the form of heat. This led, under radiation, at a relatively high operating temperature if this energy not converted into electricity is not evacuated. The electric performances of a solar cell to silicon are very sensitive to the temperature. In this work, we studied the behaviour according to the temperature of the principal electric performances of two photovoltaic modules, one in technology monoverre with monocrystralline silicon (UDTS50), the other in technology biverre, with polycristalline silicon (Photowatt). A simulation of the dissipation of energy in a solar cell under the effect of a non uniform illuminati...
