Analisis Pemasaran Rumput Laut DI Desa Lalombi Kecamatan Banawa Selatan Kabupaten Donggala Sulawesi Tengah

The aim of this study was to observe the form of seaweed marketing chain, the amount of margin in each marketing chain, and seaweed marketing efficiency in each marketing chain. Respondents selected as sample were seaweed farmers and a trader. Samples of seaweed farmer were chosen by using simple random sampling method. There were 25 respondents interviewed from the total of 50 population. Sample of trader respondent was chosen by using tracing sampling method, and there was 1 trader respondent interviewed. The total number of respondents interviewed was 26 respondents. Result of marketing analysis showed that marketing margin observed in chain I was IDR 4.500; and no marketing margin was observed in chain II because seaweeds were directly sold to cunsumers. This study aims to examine the development of seaweed cultivation in Nuruwe Village, West Seram Regency. Primary data were collected through 4 respondents in the cultivation group with direct interviews and direct field observations of the object under study. Data were analyzed using qualitative analysis methods, namely productivity analysis, growth analysis, income analysis and financial ratios (BEP, ROI, R/C) and development strategy through SWOT and AHP analysis. The results showed that seaweed production was classified as productive, the absolute growth of seaweed had increased, seaweed cultivation was feasible to be developed and the development strategy resulted in 6 priority strategies, namely a). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis strategi pengembangan usaha budidaya rumput laut dalam meningkatkan produksi di Desa Kaliuda Kecamatan Pahunga Lodu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2023 di Desa Kaliuda Kecamatan Pahunga Lodu. Metode pengumpulan data terdiri atas observasi, dan wawancara. Pola Kemitraan Usaha Budidaya Rumput Laut di Dusun Kaliantan Desa Seriwe Kecamatan Jerowaru

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola kemitraan usaha budidaya rumput laut di Dusun Kaliantan Desa Seriwe Kecamatan Jerowaru. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Untuk kebutuhan wawancara mendalam peneliti menggunakan informan kunci (key informan) yang terdiri dari Kepala Dusun Kaliantan, ketua kelompok tani, Petani Rumput laut dan pemitra dengan total jumlah responden sebanyak 11 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis model interaksi Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data (data collecting), reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display) dan kesimpulan (verification). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pola kemitraan usaha budidaya rumput laut di Dusun Kaliantan Desa Sriwe Kecamatan Jerowaru dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani rumput laut yang ada di Dusun Kaliantan. Hubungan kemitraan ini memiliki dua pola yaitu pertama, petani melakukan mitra langsung kepada pemitra. Kedua, petani melakukan mitra dengan sesama petani rumput laut yang sebelumnya sudah memiliki mitra. Dengan adanya kerjasama ini masyarakat merasa terbantu serta bersifat menguntungkan karena sama-sama dapat meningkatkan pendapatan baik itu pemitra dan petani rumput laut.

One of Development Program in Maluku Tenggara Barat Regency is helping people in coastal poorest areas. The program is helping coastal farmers make their seaweed production and processing more profitable and their marketing networks more transparent. It was suggested that local government should has a policy to push out coastal farmers a “new seedling” and best practices method, such as bigger size of seedling, appropriate attachment spacing, daily tender loving care and proper drying practices by using platforms and/or hanging systems. The aim is to improve productivity and product quality to attract better prices.

HIbah MITI - Pembangunan Minapolitan dengan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Budi Daya Rumput Laut Eucheuma cottonii Berbasis Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) di Desa Bajo, Kecamatan Kepulauan Botanglomang, Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan

Eucheuma cottonii merupakan salah satu jenis rumput laut merah (Rhodophyceae) yang memiliki kandungan gizi yang cukup tinggi, Eucheuma cottonii dimanfaatkan untuk industri farmasi dan makanan sebagai stabilizer, thickhener, gelling agent, additif, dan suspensi. Selain itu, Eucheuma cottonii juga mengandung antioksidan dan serat yang cukup tinggi serta mineral yang bermanfaat bagi tubuh. Melihat banyak manfaat potensial pada Eucheuma cottonii, hal ini dapat menjadi peluang bisnis bagi masyarakat Indonesia, khususnya di daerah perairan laut yang dijadikan sebagai lahan budidaya rumput laut. Budidaya rumput laut merupakan program pengembangbiakan terencana rumput laut pada lahan perairan. Program ini menggunakan metode Long-line yang merupakan salah satu metode yang banyak diminati dalam budidaya rumput laut dan cocok untuk diterapkan di desa Bajo, Halmahera Selatan dengan komoditas kelautan menjadi potensi utama daerah ini. Pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui budidaya rumput laut diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif pendapatan masyarakat desa Bajo. Konsep ditanamkan adalah konsep pemberdayaan yang berbasis Education for Suistainable Development (ESD) dengan tetap menjaga kearifan lokal. Selain menjadi sumber tambahan penghasilan, program ini diharapkan dapat semakin membuka lebar lapangan kerja dan peluang usaha sampingan di desa Bajo. Dalam skala yang lebih makro, pengembangan potensi laut ini diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah untuk mensejahterakan masyarakat Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan. This study aims to determine the social conditions of farmers seaweed, and to know the production system and financial analysis of seaweed farming in the village Ilodulunga. The education level ever taken by the farmers seaweed. Village Ilodulunga amounted to 78.26% of primary school graduates, SMK graduates much as 4.35%, and amounted to 17.39% of high school graduates. The productive age seaweed farmers in the village Ilodulunga ie from the age of 20-70 years. Having work experience of over 10 years, have a high motivation to work and about 50% have had a permanent home, and 50% is semi-permanent.
