The success of an organization is influenced by the role of members in the organization. A very important element in the organization is human resources in determining the level of success of the organization. Besides that, leadership in organizations plays an important role in improving work and leaders also have an influence on one's work in the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of Malahayati University, Bandar Lampung. The sample was selected using purposive sampling and obtained as many as 135 respondents through a survey questionnaire. The data analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The instrument testing includes validity and reliability tests. This study analyzes the variables of leadership style, communication, and work environment on employee performance either directly or mediated by organizational culture. The research analysis technique uses path analysis with Structural Equation Modeling_PLS, where the sample used is 90 leaders of Bank Mandiri Batam Area using the census method. The study results obtained significant values of p values less than 0.05, namely the influence of leadership style and work environment on organizational culture, work environment, and organizational culture variables on performance. While communication on organizational culture is not significant, leadership style and work environment on performance do not have a significant effect. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the leadership, and organizational culture on the employee performance. This is an associative explanatory research with multiple regression analysis method used. Total numbers of samples of this research is 40 people, which their data collection are taken using questionnaires. Research shows that simultaneously leadership, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the employee performance. While partially, only organizational culture is affecting positively and significantly to the employee performance.

Influence of Human Capital Management and Characteristics of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at Pt. Bank Sumut Syariah Medan, Katamso Branch

This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Medan Katamso Branch with samples taken as many as 30 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The data collection method used a questionnaire method which was measured using a Likert scale. The analytical method used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that Human Resource Management and Organizational Culture have an effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the determination test, the Adjusted R Square value of 0.547 means 54.7%, so it can be concluded that there is a direct relationship between the variables of Human Capital Management, Organizational Culture Characteristics, and Performance Personnel. R Square value of 0.578 (57.8%) the independent variables of Human Capital Management and Organizational Culture Characteristics simultaneously have an effect of 57.8% on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance, while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Sukaputra Graha Cemerlang Sentul City. Quantitative descriptive method with a causal relationship approach is the method used in this study. The aim of this study was to find out the influence of the organizational culture and leadership style on employee performance at Sekolah Advent Cimindi and Sekolah Advent Naripan in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. This study used quantitative approach, and the questionnaire was specifically designed. Path analysis was used to determine whether there were direct effects and indirect effects of intervening variables.
