Abstract

e-Health solutions have brought many opportunities to developing countries including Kuwait. E-Health solutions have proven quality of health care delivery and services in the industrialized countries. This paper describes a pilot study to present the unbiased empirical evaluation of stakeholder's towards e-health delivery solutions and services in Kuwait. In an effort to catch up with the growth, the developing countries have strived to revolutionize the health care industry by the uses of innovative solutions including mobile computing to educate stakeholders to remain healthy and receive a customized health service. The issues examined include the application of TAM model and Q method frameworks to better understand both negative and positive views of stakeholders' adoption factors.
