This research paper is all about the online payment application in India with reference to all Digital payments. It entails the impact and importance of online payment applications on consumers with respect to covid-19. This paper show casts advantages and disadvantages of Digital Payments. Cashless transactions like transactions through e-wallets, have various benefits like reduction in black money, reduction in crime rates, helps in improving economic growth of the country, helps in fighting against terrorism, attract more foreign investors, but this also comes with various disadvantages like the major issue at the moment is the security of the transactions and the services offered in these online payment applications. This paper studies the impact of online payment applications on consumers whether consumer are satisfied using online payment application or not.

A Study on usage of digital payment system during covid 19

The paper attempts to study about usage of digital payment system during covid 19 and analyze the factors influencing use of digital payment during this pandemic. According to the changing environment, trend and time, people have started using digital payments during the virus spread, and the majority continue to use it even after the virus is controlled. Digital payment System has played a major role in maintaining social distance and avoiding physical contacts.

COVID-19 is an epidemic that started on December 1 st , 2019, in Wuhan, the capital of the Hubei state of China. With the spread of COVID-19 in January 2020, the number of cases started to rise. On March 11 th , 2020, the World Health Organization declared Covid-19 as a pandemic. As a contagious and infectious disease, Covid-19 has led technology to get involved in our casual life. Due to these conditions, people head towards contactless technologies. This study aims to examine the usage of QR codes and the increasing usage rate of alternative technologies. The usage of contactless technologies is evaluated by focus group studies with the participation of selected people from generations X, Y, and Z. The participants were asked questions about contactless technology, and depending on the findings, the variability of tendency and safety issues on the contactless technologies are examined. The relationship between the QR code technology and traditional & new media is also studied.

The mobile payment market is currently under transition with a history of numerous tried and failed solutions and a future of promising but yet uncertain possibilities with contactless RFID and other new potential technologies. At this point of the development we take a look at the current state of the mobile payment market, review prior literature on mobile payment services, analyze the different factors that impact the market, and give directions for future research on this still emerging field. To facilitate the analysis, we propose a framework of four contingency and five competitive factors, and organize the contemporary mobile payment research under the proposed framework.

QR Code-Based E-Money Application in Homestay as the Easy of Payment Transaction

E-Money is one of the payment methods expected to attract tourists to stay at the place and also facilitate the payment process. This study focused on businesses in the lodging industry of homestay. The homestay was chosen because most homestays are still conventionally managed and the payment is still using cash, making homestays less attractive for tourists to stay especially for tourists who are accustomed to using E-Money or other non-cash payments. This study aims to improve the competitiveness of homestays in facing competition in the lodging industry through the use of QR code-based E-Money to facilitate payment transactions. The data used in this study was qualitative data. Qualitative data is data in the form of numbers and can be collected by means of interviews, analysis of documents, FGDs, observation, picture taking or video recording. The results of this study showed that homestay owners can improve their services through more modern payment methods so that customer payments are easier and faster with E-Money. The research output can be used as a concept for homestay business actors or those who want to open a homestay business in developing an enterprise system so that they can apply payment methods using E-Money and be able to compete in the increasingly tight lodging industry every year.

Cashless Transaction Through E-commerce Platform in the post-COVID-19: A Systematic Literature Review

Covid-19 pandemic has become one of the most serious main issue fully worldwide. This paper is basically based on that how cashless transaction can make easy e-commerce sites to do business without dealing with hand cash. This research paper is also carried by the previous research studies. This study proposes a cashless transactions model based on the e-commerce consumers. Based on the studies, the culture of using cashless transactions especially in e-commerce platforms that will guide further studies in the future. This reports paper on a systematic literature observation traced at the identification and structuring of research on evolution of Cashless Transaction Through E-commerce Platform in the post-COVID-19 projects. In this review paper we are manually select and reviewed 10 articles published in related with bounds. The study eventuality provides insights into what the major contributions to the field are, identifies gaps and opportunities, and directs several important future research.
