Business Enabling Environment and SMEs Growth in Nigeria is an outcome of a study carried out by the researcher on the relationship between business environment and SMEs growth in Benue state-Nigeria. The study found that; SMEs contribute immensely to the social economic development of Nigeria, that, successive governments in Nigeria has invested a lot of resources in programmes aimed at improving the business environment, However, the business environment has remained hindered by a hostile business climate factors.
