Kepala Daerah Kabupaten/Kota perlu mengembangkan imajinasi dan inspirasi agar mampu menunjukkan tujuan pembangunan daerah dan mampu mendatangkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Salah satunya adalah menginisiasi desa yang memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi desa wisata. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk pengembangkan desa wisata sebagai bentuk alternatif peningkatan sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan terlibat langsung di desa wisata Penglipuran, serta wawancara dengan stakeholder bidang pariwisata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desa wisata Penglipuran Bali memiliki tujuh potensi desa sebagai daya tarik pariwisata, yaitu Rumah Adat yang unik, Penatan tata ruang yang seragam, Hutan Bambu, Makam Pahlawan, Keindahan Pura Penataran, Keindahan Alam Pedesaan, dan Karang Memadu. Campur tangan Pemerintah Daerah dapat mendorong peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) sekaligus meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Peluang wisata memberikan nilai tambah bagi penduduk lokal selain memberikan kontribusipada negara dan daerah. Model penawaran wisata menjadi berkembang dan bergeser pada nilailokal berupa wisata pedesaan yang memberikan pengalaman yang berbeda bagi wisatawan.Namun pada prosesnya, harapan penduduk lokal yang berorientasi pada jangka pendek menjadikendala berkembangnya model wisata berbasis komunitas ini. Kolaborasi antar pemangkukepentingan menjadi hal paling penting dalam keberhasilan proyek ini. Perlu pendekatankomunikasi, diskusi dan negosiasi dalam pelaksanaan proyek wisata pedesaan menjadiberkembang dan berkelanjutan.Penelitian ini, memberikan gambaran model kolaborasi yang di sari dari beberapa studiterdahulu dengan membuat konsep lingkar.

Motivasi wisatawan mengunjungi desa wisata Blimbingsari, Jembrana, Bali

This study is about tourist's motivation to visit Blimbingsari Village, Jembrana, in West Bali. This study has aim to determine the push factors, and pulls factors to visit Blimbingsari Village. The respondents are 100 people. Based on their genders, there are 46% male and 54% female. Domestic tourists are 46%, and 28% Australian, and the other nationalities. Student visitors are 28%, 18% are retired, and 64% are workers in various sectors. The result of structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis indicates that the push factor correlation has not significantly affect to the tourist visiting to the Tourism Village of Blimbingsari. The COVID-19 pandemic had a very significant impact on tourism in Bali, as evidenced by decreasing tourist visits to Bali. The decline of tourist visits had an impact on the economy and the physical environment in Bali, especially in Tourism Villages. The survey was conducted on the local communities involved in the management of tourist villages in Bali as many as 100 respondents to get the community's perception of the impact given to the economy and the physical environment during the COVID-19 pandemic. The sampling technique used was proportionally stratified random sampling and analyzed by using confirmatory factor analysis. Community perceptions in tourist villages in Bali about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the economy have a negative impact. Artikel ini membahas mengenai persepsi mahasiswa kepariwisataan Politeknik Pariwisata Bali terhadap potensi wisata yang dimiliki oleh Desa Wisata Penglipuran, di Kabupaten Bangli. Penelitian yang hasilnya ditulis dalam bentuk artikel ini merupakan sebuah penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan pada tahun 2019. Data yang dikumpulkan merupakan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif, baik dari sumber primer maupun sekunder. Motivasi Wisatawan Berkunjung Ke Desa Wisata Gumbrih, Pekutatan, Jembrana - Bali

Dikirim: 13 Desember 2019 Tourism is expected to contribute to the economic growth in a region and tourism villages are a potential that is being developed by local governments, especially in Bali. Gumbrih Tourism Village has considerable potential in tourist attractions that are offered and has been established as a tourist village in 2017. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that motivate tourists to visit Gumbrih Tourism Village. Factor analysis is used to provide the dimensions that underlie visiting motivation factors. The survey method was conducted and is expected to provide information for village tourism managers. Based on discussion, it was found that from the eighteen variables used, four factors were formed that motivated tourists to visit the Gumbrih Tourism Village. These four factors are formed from the results of the analysis are the attractions offered, the uniqueness of local products, the ease of access and the protection of reptiles. These results are expected to help management of tourist villages meet the needs and desires of tourists, manage and offer tourist attractions better and have advantages over other village tourist attractions.

This study discusses about tourist characteristic and motivation in Pelaga, Badung Regency, Sibetan, Karangasem Regency, and Tenganan, Karangasem Regency. These three villages were developed into ecotourism village by JED (Village Ecotourism Network). Ecotourism is a community- based tourism, enviromentally sound, and responsible for sustainability. AbstrakKampung wisata di Kota Yogyakarta merupakan alternatif destinasi wisata yang menawarkan berbagai keunikan berbasis potensi lokal di 17 kampung wisata yang terdaftar pada Dinas Pariwisata Kota Yogyakarta. Wisata merupakan peluang pariwisata di era new normal yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta melalui pengembangan lima jalur sepeda wisata. Desain brand kampung wisata bertujuan untuk mendukung daya tarik wisata sepeda. Desain brand kampung wisata Kota Yogyakarta menggunakan metode desain Collaborative Destination Branding melalui proses studi awal, tahap perumusan arah branding, serta tahap perancangan desain branding. This study aims to determine the role of biker travelers in promoting Batur UNESCO Global Geopark, Kintamani, and to know their potition as a stakeholder. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The technique of determining informants using purposive sampling. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that Denpasar biker travelers have some roles in promoting Batur UNESCO Global Geopark through activities on their motorbike communities such as, touring, sunmori (sunday morning ride), planting trees in tourist areas, Bali no trash challenge activities, and using features on Instagram social media (hashtag (#), tag people, tag location and caption) to share photos and videos of their trip.
