Online teaching has been pushed further as the best solution that addresses the challenges of colleges and universities closure during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study intended to disclose students’ perceptions of the online teaching. A quantitative survey approach was employed to collect data from a total of 175 students which were conveniently established from amongst students enrolled in academic year 2020/2021 at the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Department of Musamus University, Indonesia. Applying the SPSS software version 16 as the tool, obtained data were quantitatively analyzed using descriptive analysis of frequencies and percentages. This study intends to determine the perceptions of the in-service Teacher profession education program (PPG) students towards Indonesian network learning system (SPADA) hybrid learning. This study employed a survey method with a qualitative approach. Subjects in this study were 82 of 87 PPG Daljab 1 Batch 1 students. The technique of collecting data was through the instruments of questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaire was used to obtain data about the quality of online content and the assessment of online learning that has been carried out. Interviews were conducted to confirm the results of the questionnaire data to see the compatibility between the two data. Data analysis techniques in this study were conducted qualitatively and quantitatively by considering to the research objectives. The results showed that online learning had sharp quality content, can be accepted and well understood, easy to operate and use, overcomes distance and time constraints, and has benefits that are in line with the objectives of PPG implementation.

Online learning has been become a trend as media in teaching and learning. This digital learning media used in various levels of education, from basic to tertiary levels. This study aims to investigate the perceptions of lecturers and students towards the online learning method. Lecturers' perceptions of the online learning process are revealed through the perspective of (1) their readiness towards the online learning process, (2) the essence of the material; (3) the students' response, and (4) online learning facilities. Meanwhile, the students' perceptions of the online learning method are depicted from their (1) adaptability; (2) lesson understanding; (3) preference for online learning, and (4) supporting facilities. The results of the study explain that lecturers and students do not experience any significant difficulties in the online learning method during the pandemic. In order to better understand the pros and cons of implementing an online curriculum at SMK Negeri 1 Kotamobagu, this study aims to explain the efficacy of online learning techniques for teaching Indonesian language courses. Moreover, explain what has to be changed to make e-learning more efficient. This study employs a descriptive qualitative methodology, which tries to zero in on practical issues by first collecting, describing, and then analyzing obtained data. The Indonesian Language Instructor of SMK Negeri 1 Kotamobagu provided the information used in this analysis. According to the findings, majority of the people who provided explanations for the study concluded that online schooling was less successful. It is true that traditional classroom instruction is superior than online learning due to factors such as students' increased access to course materials in a variety of visual formats (including learning films, soft copies, and photographs) (taking notes). While the benefits of online education are undeniable, there are some drawbacks. Because online learning occurs in the home, there are certain things that can be adjusted to make it more successful. First, students need to be better prepared to embrace the learning process.

The COVID-19 pandemic placed the technology as the main tools in the learning process. The use of technology during the beginning of the pandemic time gave different lessons learned for both teachers and students, including students from the frontier, the outermost, and the least developed regions in Indonesia. This study is a descriptive qualitative which aims at describing the perceptions of the students from the frontier, the outermost, and the least developed regions in Indonesia who were studying in Sanata Dharma University. The perceptions were related to their difficulties in joining the online classes, the solutions they took, and their expectations of the online class during the pandemic situation. Questionnaires were distributed to the students and interviews were conducted to some samples to gain the data for those three concerns. The findings of this study can be used to help the lecturers to design the learning which can trigger the engagement of the students from the frontier, the outermost, and the least developed regions in Indonesia.
Implementation of Online Learning on Teachers's and Students's Perspective in Indonesia

This article is the result of observations made by the author on the Webinar participants by distributing Google forms to them with the restrictions on the Covid 19 period, namely from the beginning of Covid 19 until the webinar was held on 18th. July 2020. The total of 1.401 participants signed up, 767 of who attended via zoom meeting and youtube. The participants came from various universities in Indonesia. There are 390 students (51,05%), 178 lecturers (23,30%), 189 teachers (24,74%), and 7 students (0,92%). As a result, it was noted that 42.1% of the lecturers conducted Online Learning between 6-10 meetings and 37.7% of students attended Online Learning for more than 11 meetings. In terms of implementing Online Learning, the majority of them answered that they preferred normal learning than Online Learning as evidenced by the results of their answers, namely lecturers 85.4%, students 93.1%, teachers 89.9%, while students 100% answered the same.

This study aims to determine the perception of teachers and students towards online learning in class 10 Mia SMA Maniamas Ngabang. The writers were using descriptive qualitative as a method in this research. The subjects were 2 English teachers and 35 students in the academic year of 2021/2022. Data sources in this research were: source (informants), place, and document. The data collection techniques used were questionnaire and interview, while data analysis techniques were data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. The results of this research were: (1) The learning process was less than optimal, teachers got difficulty in assessing students’ attitudes, lack of learning media facilities, and unstable internet networks.
