Abstract

Employee commitment is the essential element especially for the government entities success where employees are not willing to perform and this situation motivates the research to examine employee commitment of the government entities in Dubai. Thus, this study investigated the relationship between leadership styles and employees’ commitment and communication among Dubai government entities. This study also assess the impact of communication on the relationship between leadership styles and employees’ commitment at the Dubai Immigration Department (DID). This study has followed the quantitative methods of data collection and also used the smart-PLS for analysis. The findings revealed that transformational and transactional styles have positive effects on employees’ commitment to DID.
