Herbart demands the specialised pedagogical approach for educators, under the idea of a “visual circle of their own” which he builds through Pedagogy, something that, in his own words, most educators completely forget to form before devoting themselves to this task. On the Nature of the Pedagogical Relationship
This paper aims to discuss two types of pedagogical love, i.e, monological and dialogical, found after analyzing the relationship between a teacher and eight adult students in a class of English as a second language. The analysis was based on pedagogical activities produced by the students and a diary written by the teacher overduring eight months. The theories used to analyze this material were Exploratory Practice, Psychoanalysis and Philosophy of Language of Mikhail Bakhtin.

This study is part of the research in didactics of mathematics on teacher training. In particular, the study focuses on the knowledge of mathematics teachers, taking as a reference the theoretical approaches of the Mathematics Teacher’s Specialized Knowledge (MTSK) model and teacher reflection as a professional competence. The study corresponds to a descriptive-qualitative research, based on an instrumental study of cases, whose purpose is to describe and analyze the manifestations of mathematics teachers of Secondary Education when they observe a teaching-learning situation that shows a teacher of mathematics teaching the concept of relation. For this, narratives written by seven Secondary Education mathematics teachers in service were used, which indicate some aspects identified by them as relevant from the observed situation. The analysis of the gathered information was carried out by defining categories, subcategories, and analysis units based on the components of the MTSK model. The results indicate that participating teachers accentuate, in their manifestations, attributes mainly associated with didactic knowledge of mathematical content. The reflection of this group of teachers is characterized by three specific aspects of the MTSK model: teaching, learning, and knowledge of the topics. It is interpreted that teacher reflection has been influenced by the professional experience of the teachers participating in the study.

The objective of the present paper supported by the Student Grant Competition at Palacký University Olomouc (Research on inclusion of pupils and students with special needs, IGA_PdF_2018_014) was to analyse, identify and determine the aspects of the relationships between educational professionals. The demand for the data resulted from a quantitative research study undertaken in 2017 in the framework of researching inclusion among persons with special needs. The basic usable data were obtained by means of a qualitative research approach focusing on primary school educational staff and analysing professional relationships between two groups – teachers and assistant teachers.
