his study aims to discuss the existing brain mechanisms in Tafseer Salman with the literature review method. The Qur'an does not mention the anatomy of the brain literally. The things mentioned are only the functional properties of the brain such as the cognitive function of the brain for thinking and the psychological function of the brain for feeling. In Tafseer World in Indonesia, there are not many tafseers with scientific features that discuss the anatomy and mechanism of the human brain. Tafseer Salman comes as one of the leading tafseer with a scientific style that dissects the brain mechanism in 5 places such as surah Al-Mut {affifi>n verses 7 to 9 and 18 to 21, surah Al-Fajr verse 1 and 2, Surah Al-Alaq verses 1 to 3, verses 4 and 5, and Surah Al-Alaq verse 15.
