The quality of a course of study in a college is one that needs to be improved continuously (continuous improvement). Existence of a course of study in the future depends on how to improve the program of study and its performance. Performance of course of study can be measured not only by governments but it also from stakeholders accreditation, therefore, this study is used by ranking in which is determined by stakeholder. This research belongs a descriptive qualitative research. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The primary data is obtained from questionnaires from respondents who selected by purposive sampling. Secondary data is obtained from documents of program study and observation. The results of the study through implementing MBCfE assessment shows that the overall assessment scores are achieved 710.02. ABSTRAK Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence merupakan salah satu metode peningkatan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan dan terus-menerus dengan menggunakan pengukuran dan memberikan feedback mengenai kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan dalam penyediaan produk dan jasa yang berkualitas. MBCfPE terdiri dari tujuh kriteria, yaitu Kepemimpinan; Perencanaan Strategis; Fokus pada Pelanggan; Pengukuran, Analisis, dan Pengelolaan Pengetahuan; Fokus pada Tenaga Kerja; Fokus pada Operasi; dan Hasil-Hasil Usaha. The purpose of this research is to implement a self-assessment through a survey on the overaallperformance measurement approuach Malcolm Baldrige Kriteria for Performance Excellent namely on sevencriteria : leadership, strategi planning, customer fokus, measurement, analysis, and knowledge management,workforce focus, operation fokus and results to determine the level of performance in PT. Kinenta Indonesia.The research data was obtained from interviews, observations, questionnaires and literature. Then analyzedwith the provisions of the assessment criteria MBCfPE. PT. X is an industry engaged in logistics services or expeditions through land transportation. Based on observations that have been made by researchers, PT. X has seen a decline in revenue over the past four years. In addition, employees of PT. X is less motivated at work which eventually employees resign. One of the efforts that can be made to boost revenue again and evaluate all stakeholders involved internally can be done by measuring the company's performance. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine performance factors, map company-level positions and propose improvements to criteria that have low scores using the Malcolm Baldrige method. Malcolm Baldride's method has seven criteria to look at the percentage level of achievement on each criterion and is evaluated based on the dimensions of the process and results and then analyzed to find out the factors that are the root cause of the problem. The results of research that has been carried out show that the performance level of PT. X based on MBCfPE obtained a total score of 538.58 or 54% based on employee responses and 95.57 or 60% based on leadership responses from a maximum score of 1000. These results show that the position or level of performance of PT.X is in the title of Emerging Industry Leader (New Business Leader) with an average level category which shows that the achievement of performance results needs to be continuously improved and developed from the performance that has been carried out, in order to achieve the quality of service expected by customers.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengukuran kinerja pada kategori Kepemimpinan dari 6 kategori lainnya pada Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellent (MBCfPE) di Perguruan Tinggi X. Tahapan pengukuran yang dilakukan adalah menilai hasil dokumen aplikasi, membuat review proses dengan ADLI dan membuat review hasil dengan LeTCI guna memperoleh strength dan OFI sebagai saran perbaikan. Skor untuk kategori proses diperoleh sebesar 48 poin dari 120 poin, skor untuk kategori hasil diperoleh sebesar 20 poni dari 80 poin dan skor dari seluruh kategori adalah sebesar 356 poin dari 1000 poin, sehingga kinerja perguruan tinggi X berada pada level "early results".

In this research has purposed for knowing the implementation of increasing productivity Malcolm Baldrige Criteria levels and the influence of increasing productivity in PT PJB UP Gresik. Malcolm Baldrige Criteria that is observed include Leadership, Strategic Planning, Costumer And Market Focus, Measurement Analysis And Knowledge Management, Human Resources Focus, Process Management And Business Result. The implementation of Malcolm Baldrige Criteria in PT PJB UP Gresik had been successes, in this case, it is indicated that has a good effectivness levels, it means that every criteria at Malcolm Baldrige has a good effevtivity of increasing productivity in PT PJB UP Gresik. The assessment of effetivness percentage is according to general by using Malcolm Baldrige Criteria is PT PJB UP Gresik showed the beginning of approach that is systematic in answering the backgrounds of regulations from every criteria items. But there is a big gap that is enough in approaching and deployment in some criterias. Based on the result of multiple linear regression analysis is found that influence of Malcolm Baldrige Criteria's implementation in increasing productivity at PT PJB UP Gresik is according to the simultaneous has influenced that is significant whereas according to the partial only leadership criteria that has possitve influence in increasing productivity of PT PJB UP Gresik, another from that criteria does not have influence that is significant in increasing productivity at PT PJB UP Gresik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan kriteria Malcolm Baldrige (MBCfPE) pada para pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber yang terkait.
