This research is a design research validation studies type that aims to develop a learning trajectory in threedimensional geometry topics to support students' quantitative thinking skills with the Rigorous Mathematical Thinking (RMT) approach. A Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (HLT) will be refined throughout the lesson carried out in the classroom. The activities are in the form of a student worksheet (LKPD) which consists of 2 problems to support the learning process. The research subjects were 36 students of SMA Negeri 1 Palembang class XII MIPA 7, while the focus of the research was 6 students with low, medium, and high abilities who were selected by purposive sampling. The research method consists of three stages, namely: (1) preparation phase; (2) design experiment which is divided into the pilot experiment and teaching experiments; (3) retrospective analysis. The research was carried out online using the application zoom meeting and combined with an offline classroom. Data collection techniques in this research are student worksheets, written tests, and interviews. Research data is collected and will be analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that the learning trajectory obtained can be useful for supporting students' quantitative thinking skills on three-dimensional material with indicators that appear in this study are conserving constancy, quantifying space and spatial relationships, analyzing and integrating.

This research is a research and development which produces teaching materials. The research method consists of stages, namely: an introduction (literature study, observation, and interviews), product development of teaching materials, test by a team of experts, and restricted trial to the eleventh-grade students of senior high school in Cimahi, West Java, Indonesia. It was concluded that the teaching materials through scientific approach with what if not strategy load some activities including observing, trying, reasoning, asking, and concluding. The activities of asking using what if not strategy involve changing the data, adding the data, changing the data with the same question, and changing the question to the same data. In the teaching materials, it is presented some contextual problems in accordance with the experience of students. The design of teaching materials consists of three parts, namely: the beginning involves cover, preface, and table of contents; the content section: containing the title of the chapter dealing with the enumeration rules as a representation of the contents of the chapter; and closing: as a reflection and evaluation of the material presented on teaching materials for the next revision. Teaching materials can enhance the ability of reflective thinking of the students with medium criteria.

is the initial basic education before entering Junior High School / Madrasah Tsanawiyah (SMP / MTs). Education in Elementary Schools or Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is emphasized on the formation of the personality and mentality of students (Prastowo, 2013: 14). Considering the importance of basic education in SD / MI, the government always strives to improve the quality and relevance of basic education through: curriculum development, improvement of teacher professional abilities, development of quality and excellence in basic education, and development of teaching facilities and materials. To follow up on the relevance of education, the government intensively reforms the curriculum and procures relevant textbooks used in schools. This is because books are inseparable in the learning cycle. Without books a learning will be lame. The more supporting books, the more interesting learning will be. This is no different in the case of elementary school children who are still in the concrete development stage, namely having to use interesting and contextual learning media, both in appearance and in content.

This research aimed to analyze the role of Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach in enhancement, and achievement of Mathematical Creative Thinking Ability (MCTA) in flat side of solid figure of  Pyramid dan Prism learning of Junior High School students’ would improve students’ mathematical creative thinking in terms of students' minimum criteria of mastery learning (KKM). The method used was classroom action research with planning, implementation of the action, evaluation, and reflection design in 3 cycle. The subject of this research was 8th-A graders in SMP BPK Penabur Holis Bandung. The instrument used an essay test on MCTA, observation sheets, and interview sheets. Data analysis was done quantitatively, in quality and descriptive basis. The results showed that: (1) Students ' learning through RME was better than their previous grades, (2) MCTA of students whose study used the RME approach enhancement 32.28% from cycle I to cycle II and 6.45% from cycle II t...

Teaching and learning process in the school is still teacher-centered. As the effects, students are less active and the process is not effective. Based on the problem, teachers are expected to develop learning materials in the form of modules combined with Problem Based Learning approach. This study is aimed to develop teaching materials in the form of modules with Problem Based Learning approach on three dimensional space materials. This research is a development research using 4-D development model consisting of 4 stages: 1) Define (definition), 2) Design, 3) Development and 4) Desseminate. The stages are limited to three stages. The validation is done by experts and linguists and the practicality is derived from questionnaires filled by teachers and students. The result shows that the module is quite valid (82,5 %), practical (80,5%) from the teachers and (86%) from the students. It can be concluded that the module have an impact on improving student learning outcomes, especially...

The development of technology is currently very fast and influences various fields, one of which is education. for example the use of media in learning, such as the use of multimedia learning. In addition, this study also aims to improve students' understanding of fraction material for fourth grade elementary school students. This is the background of this research in multimedia learning mathematics development. The purpose of this study was to develop multimedia learning mathematics on fractions for fourth grade elementary school students. This research is a Research and Development (RnD) type of research according to Sugiyono which is limited to only seven stages of research. The stages include, potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, and product revision. The result of this research is multimedia learning of fraction mathematics (Mujamatcah) for fourth grade elementary school students with the aim of incre...
Development of Mathematics Teaching Materials Based on Scientific Approach for Mathematics Learning
AKSIOMA: Jurnal Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika
This study aims to develop mathematics learning based on a scientific approach to support learning mathematics in understanding mathematical concepts. This research method is to use research and development with 4D models. The 4D model consists of four steps: determining, designing, developing, and disseminating. The subjects of this study were junior high school students with an average age of 12 years. The instrument used is the feasibility aspect of the learning media. The technique used is seen from the feasibility of teaching material media. The results showed that the visual element was 87.50%, which means that this mathematics teaching material has an excellent visualization. The part of software engineering is 94.44%, which means that mathematics teaching materials are elementary to use and access. The implementation aspect is 83.33%, which means that mathematics teaching materials can be alternative support for increasing student motivation and self-regulation. The result f...

This study aims to: produce a HOTS test of geometry that is valid, effective and practical to use in fifth grade elementary school. This research is a development research of Tessmer's formative evaluation type which has been adapted which consists of two stages, namely; (1) preliminary stage, and (2) formative evaluation stage which includes self-evaluation and prototyping. The results showed that the HOTS test of geometry based on realistic mathematics education that had quality from the aspects of validity, effectiveness and practicality had 15 questions consisting of 11 multiple choice questions and 4 essay questions. The test validity coefficient is 0.69 (high validity) and the test reliability coefficient is 0.81 (very high reliability). Effective based on the achievement of learning objectives reaches 80%, 88% classical completeness, 85% positive response from students and efficient learning time. Practically based on the assessment of experts who stated that the questions were feasible and could be used and, the teacher's response obtained an average score of 88.89% (practical).
