Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan

Guru sebagai pendidik profesional yang menjadi salah satu penentu keberhasilan pendidikan dituntut untuk selalu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan mutu pembelajaran. Guru harus melakukan pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan salah satunya bidang karya inovatif. Pelatihan ini bertujuan mengembangkan keprofesian guru melalui pelatihan karya inovatif membuat video pembelajaran. Sasaran pelatihan adalah guru TK se Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai. Pelaksanaan pelatihan berjalan lancar dengan tingginya antusiasme dan motivasi guru mengikuti pelatihan. Pada pendahuluan pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan analisis kebutuhan guru, perencanaan, dan evaluasi. Diharapkan dalam upaya pengembangan keprofesian di bidang karya inovatif dengan membuat video pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran terutama selama masa pandemi sekarang ini.

Efektivitas Pelatihan Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan Dalam Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru DI Indonesia Tahun 2016

Continuous Professional Development Program has been designed to improve teacher competencies in Indonesia. In the 2016, 427.189 teachers from all grade levels had received specific training based on their competency test result in 2015. The purpose of this study is to analysis the effectiveness of training and identify any factors that might influence the effectiveness of training in improving teacher’s competencies. Paired Sample T-test (one-tail) was used to analyze the effectiveness of training. The result show that there is a significant improvement of teacher’s competencies post training (p<0,01). The regression analysis result show that variables like individual characteristics, status of the teaching profession, employment status, education levels, modes of training, and domicile influence on effectiveness of training. Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan Guru untuk Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan

The purpose of this study to find out (1) the steps of continuous professional development (CPD) of teachers, (2) the methods and techniques of CPD, (3) the models of CPD, (4) thefinancing of CPD, and (5) the constraints of CPD. The research approach is qualitative while the type is phenomenological. The study was conducted in Demak Regency in 2019. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The research step follows the Miles and Huberman model. Analysis of data using qualitative research software NVivo 11 Plus. The results showed (1) the steps of CPD consist of need assessment, implementation, and evaluation, (2) the most widely used methods were education and training, lectures, simulations, discussions, and behavior modeling, (3) the models most widely used professional learning groups, (4) the biggest funding source from the personal of teachers and local government, and (5) the main constraints are in terms of time, funding, lack of programmability, and lack of assistance. The intensive CPD implementation has succeeded in improving the quality of education in Demak District. In order for CPD to improve more quality of education, it is suggested that several things (1) CPD steps need to be improved starting from the measurement of teacher needs to evaluation, (2) the methods, techniques, and models that are still rarely used should be tried to apply, (3) it needs to explore funding from the public, (4) minimize the main obstacles that arised, and (5) the need of operational policy from District Education Office of Demak.

Pengembangan Profesional Berkelanjutan Bagi Guru Paud

In establishing an advanced civilization, early childhood education has a very important contribution. This article discusses how the PAUD teachers should perform their job professional by providing educational services for the early age children properly. As science and technology are developing fast influencing the people's needs including the early age children, the teacher should keep increasing their knowledge and skills continously. One thing emphasizes in this article that the early age children need fun learning by joyful playing. The teacher's ability to fulfill this need will enable him/her to stimulate the children's motoric, emotional, and intellectual development This article emphasizes how the continous professional development performed by the teacher individually or the responsible institution. The article suggests a number of ideas how to plan and implement such a program.

Analisis Mejadi Guru Efektif dan Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan

Pendidikan dan latihan pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan (PKB) merupakan salah satu upaya Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan melalui diktorat Jenderal guru dan tenaga kependidikan dalam peningkatan kompetensinya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan program PKB dalam meningkatkan ke profesionalisme guru khususnya pada Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Hasil penelitian bahwa melalui program PKB guru dapat memperbaiki nilai uji kompetensi guru (UKG yang belum memenuhi kompetensi capaian minimal serta sebagai wadah pengembangan diri seorang pendidik agar menjadi lebih baik Kata Kunci : Menjadi Guru Yang Efektif dan diklat PKB; meningkatkan profesionalisme; guru PAUD. Abstrak The Training on Continuing Professional Development is one of the efforts of the Ministry of Education and Culture through the Directorate General of teachers and education personnel in improving competency. The purpose of this study is to find out how the PKB program is implemented in raising teacher professionalism especially in Early Childhood Education (PAUD). The results of the study show that through the PKB program, teachers can improve the teacher competency test (UKG) value that has not met the minimum competency and as a place for self-development of an educator to be better.

Hubungan Keefektifan Pembinaan Dan Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan Dengan Kinerja Guru Dalam Pembelajaran SMKN DI Kota Malang

the goal of this research was to know: (1) the level effectiveness of teachers' coaching events in all vocational high schools in Malang City; (2) the effective level of sustainable professionalism at vocational high schools Malang City; (3) the level teachers' teaching performance at vocational high schools Malang City; (4) the correlation between coaching and teachers' teaching performance at vocational high schools Malang City; (5) the correlation between development of sustainable professionalism and teachers' teaching performance at vocational high schools Malang City; and (6) the correlation between coaching and development of sustainable professionalism with teachers' teaching performance at vocational high schools. This research used quantitative approach with using correlational descriptive design. Based on analysis data, there were six conclusions as followed: (1) the level effectiveness of teachers' coaching in all vocational high schools in Malang City was in moderate category; (2) the level effectiveness development of sustainable professionalism (DSP) in all vocational high schools in Malang City was in low category; (3) the level of teachers' performance for learning in all vocational high schools in Malang City was high category; (4) there was no relationship significantly between effectiveness of coaching and using teachers' performance in all vocational high schools in Malang City; (5) there was low relationship between development of sustainable professionalism and teachers' performance for learning development of sustainable professionalism in all vocational high schools in Malang City; and (6) there was low relationship coaching and development of sustainable professionalism using teachers' performance for learning. Keyword: Coaching; development of sustainable professionalism; teachers' teaching performance Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) tingkat keefektifan kegiatan pembinaan guru SMKN di Kota Malang; (2) tingkat keefektifan kegiatan pengembangan profesi guru berkelanjutan SMKN di Kota Malang; (3) tingkat kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran SMKN di Kota Malang; (4) hubungan antara keefektifan pembinaan dan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaraan SMKN di Kota Malang; (5) hubungan antara pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan dan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran SMKN di Kota Malang; dan (6) hubungan keefektifan pembinaan dan pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan dengan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran SMKN di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian bersifat deskriptif korelasional. Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan merupakan pengembangan kompetensi pendidik yang dalam pelaksanaannya disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan setiap guru dalam rangka meningkatkan profesionalitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan temuan tentang pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan dalam aspek pengembangan diri guru di gugus PAUD 1 dan Gugus PAUD 2 Kapanewon Pajangan Bantul Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil temuan menunjukan bahwa : (1) Kesadaran dan motivasi dalam pengembangan diri guru PAUD. (2) Upaya dalam pengembangan diri dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. (3) Aksi nyata pengembangan diri dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru.
