Declared in July 24, 1928 The Second Constitutional Monarchy led to press periodicals in free environment which was deprived of control mechanism. This free environment paved the way for publishing a great number of newspaper and journal as being in any period. Feyz-i Hürriyet is one of the this periodicals and it represents Turkish press in The Second Constitutional Monarchy period.Feyz-i Hürriyet, published in 26 numbers between 18 August-17 Teşrin-i sâni (November) 1326 (1908) by Vicdânî's efforts, is a completely political publication. In addition to Vicdânî; Ali Sâcit, Nabluslu Vecihî, Ahmed Sıdkî are important writers of Feyz-i Hürriyet. It started broadcasting whenwas lived the excitement of freedom, and attracted attention with article which emphasized the necessity of the National Assembly, ,Sultan Abdülhamit II opposition and İttihat ve Terakki proximity. Feyz-i Hürriyet not only interested in politics in İstanbul, but also dealed Kurdish issue which has caused various problems, by Ali Sâcit's articles. Feyz-i Hürriyet evaluated the politics of The Second Constitutional Monarchy Periodin terms of various aspects, and is publication which will give perspective regarding the periodicals of that era. Our study aims introducing of Feyz-i Hüriiyet and determining its the place and importanceinTurkish Press in The Second Constitutional Monarchy Period. Thus, in this manner, we hope that it will be possible to trace of perception and purpose of Feyz-i Hürriyet's publishing, revealed vision, solution suggestions that defend for current issues, political and social background of the period with a much broader perspective.
