Fish cultivation business is one of the very promising business with the increasingly cheap demand of fishery products in the community. So is the case with the cultivation of Tilapia fish. Aquaculture is not spared from various obstacles and problems that often hamper fish farming is the occurrence of disease attacks. Tilapia fish Who was attacked The disease starts with by showing signs of behavioral changes. In addition to the behavior, tilapia also experience a change in color that looks very clear difference compared to fish that are still healthy. Calculation of condition factors, from the three sampling sites average fish is in poor condition indicating that most of fish in pond cultivation have decreased condition that reach 60-90%, caused by disease / phatogen factor or environmental factor not good.The results of the laboratory analysis found six (6) parasites that infect tilapia: Dactyloyrus sp, Gyrodactylus spp, Tricodina sp, Vortycella sp, Oodinium sp, and Saprolegnia sp. Water quality is less good in the cultivation are resulted in the decreased condition of fish and support well the development of various types of parasites.

This study aims to determine the type of ectoparasites and the level of prevalence and intensity with which they attack tilapia. The method used in this study is a survey method with a purposive sampling technique. Sampling was carried out at five locations on the island of Lombok, namely West Lombok, Central Lombok, East Lombok, North Lombok, and Mataram City. At each location, four fish were taken and examined at the Parasite Laboratory of the Fish Quarantine Center for Quality Control and Safety of Fishery Products in Mataram. Observation of ectoparasites was carried out on the outside of the tilapia, namely mucus, gills, and fins. Parameters observed in this study included identification of the type of ectoparasites that attacked, prevalence and intensity of ectoparasites in tilapia, and water quality as supporting data. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui penyebaran penyakit ikan, dan mengetahui jenis parasit yang menyerang ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus) di Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe. Kegiatan penelitian yang dilakukan meliputi pengambilan sampel di 8 (delapan) lokasi budidaya ikan di Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe yaitu di Tabukan Utara Desa Beha, Tola, Kecamatan Tamako Desa Ulung Peliang, Kecamatan Manganitu Desa Hiung, Kecamatan Tahuna Timur Kelurahan Dumuhung, Kecamatan Kendahe Kelurahan Tariang lama, Kecamatan Tabukan Tengah Desa Kuma, Kecamatan Tahuna Kelurahan Mahena. The purpose of this study was to diagnose diseases that attack tilapia and analyze the quality of the waters around the floating net cages. The research was conducted using in situ and ex situ methods. Sampling was carried out in Pematang Limau Village, while for disease diagnosis at the PUSKESWAN Laboratory and water chemistry analysis at the Health and Calibration Laboratory of Palangka Raya. Diagnosis is made by taking fish samples and observing the clinical symptoms of fish. Disease diagnosis included parasitic and bacterial diseases. For water quality parameters, physical and chemical parameters of the waters were observed. The purpose of this study was to determine the type of ectoparasites and to determine the level of prevalence, intensity, and dominance in tilapia. This research was conducted using an experimental method. Sampling was carried out in floating net cages in Pematang Limau Village, 10 samples of tilapia were taken for each sampling and then examined in the laboratory. During fish sampling, water samples were also taken to analyze the ammonia and dissolved oxygen content. Sample organs including scales, fins, mucus and gills were examined using scraping and biopsy methods. The results showed that there were 3 types of ectoparasites that attack tilapia based on the organs they attack, namely Argulus sp., Trichodina sp. and Oodinium sp. Kampung Kauhis merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di Kecamatan Manganitu Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe, memiliki potensi untuk pengembangan usaha budidaya darat. Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman penduduk tentang bagaimana meningkatkan produksi ikan nila (Oreochromis Niloticus) lewat kegiatan pengelolaan benih, manajemen pakan dan pengendalian penyakit ikan. Metode yang dipakai dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu penyuluhan dan diikuti dengan pelatihan pengelolaan benih ikan nila, pembuatan pakan, pengendalian penyakit dan pengelolaan kualitas. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian penyuluhan maupun pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa animo masyarakat yang tinggi untuk bisa mengembangkan usaha budidaya ikan, pembuatan pakan ikan. Dengan fasilitas pendukung yang dimiliki, masyarakat mitra bisa membuat pakan secara mandiri dan meningkatkan produksi ikan nila.
